What Theaters are showing the New Death Note Movie playing?

I have a feeling you might be talking about the Death Note 2 The Last Note (English dub) "special showing"s. Because In my area, on the 15th and 16th, Regal Cinemas will be playing it!
If you have Regals where you are, go to their website http://www.fandango.com/movies/1/movieov... , or any other website you can usually find movie listings. It is listed just like any other movie (though clearly it is not, it's awesome I can't wait!)

Find out who is the movie distributor. (Movie Box Office Data, Film Stars, Idle Speculation) has nice coming soon section that has details.  Go to the film distributor web site, and sometimes they have a theater search for where the film is playing,

Keep in mind that by defining "wide release" as 3,000+ theaters, a lot of films that otherwise would fit the bill are going to be excluded. Duck Soup, for example, was just under an hour and ten minutes long, and at during release played in theaters fairly "widely" for the time (1933 standards). But getting data for how many theaters it really ran in, and over what period of time, would be pretty hard to accomplish I think. With 3,000 theaters as the minimum standard, we'll probably be relegated to only considering films that released from the year 1999 on (consider that Titanic and Saving Private Ryan don't meet the 3,000 minimum standard, for example). So basically we're talking about only films of the last dozen years, that were widely released around the world. Okay, with that in mind, let's look at what we have. Here are some examples...Corpse Bride was only one hour and fifteen minutes long, and released in 3,200+ theaters.Cats & Dogs: The Revenge of Kittie Galore was only one hour and twenty-one minutes, and released in 3,300+ theaters.Yogi Bear was only one hour and twenty-two minutes long, released in 3,500+ theatersMen in Black II was only one hour and twenty-eight minutes long, released in 3,500+ theaters. Those are some of the shortest ones I can find that fit the criteria of 3,000+ theaters. There are likely several more of around this same general length as these (between 75 minutes to 88 minutes long), but these are a good sampling of the average length of most shorter films nowadays that still get wide releases. If you drop the theater requirement down to 2,000, then you'll get a lot of older films that are this short or maybe a bit shorter, and if you just consider "wide release" meaning generally a popularly released film that for its time was playing relatively widely in theaters when there were far fewer theaters, then you'll get a lot of movies that are only about an hour or so.

Join the local union where the recording studio is.Get to know the union booking agent. These people tend to call the same people all the time because they know and trust the people they call.Have excellent sight reading skills.Be reliable.Be punctual. If you are ten minutes early, you’re late.Never say no. The booking agent wants to make only one phone call and be done.I was playing the B’way tour of GREASE and one night half an hour before curtain the trumpet player came in with a cold sore on his lip. He said that he couldn’t play. The conductor was livid, fired him and the union rep said he couldn’t get someone at such late notice. The conductor had a synthesizer set up next to my piano, put the trumpet score on the stand and said “Play as much from both scores as you can.” I had to sight read and transpose the parts. Since I already knew the piano score very well, I had a blast. They look for people like that. For several years, I was always the first piano player they called.
