Where Can I Find A Nice Small Town With About 10 000 People And No Blacks

In the beginning of mankind, was there white people or black people?

I have read strong evidence from caniology experts and so forth that suggest caucasians where the primeval race. Others indicate all life came from Africa. So what do you believe was the first race?

Is robbery from black people really common in small towns of USA?

Breaking News! America is a melting pot. There are diverse groups of people within it. Please be advised that you or your friend could indeed be robbed...at any place…any time…and by a person of any race! There isn’t one race on this earth that has not had a crime committed by a fellow member of their ethnic group. It is sad to hear that a large population of blacks makes an area qualify for high crime. It is also disheartening to hear that being in such a place evokes a sense of fear or the need for precautionary measures. I would suggest that when traveling to unfamiliar places that you take general safety precautions, regardless of the population.EVERY state here in America has a crime rate, be it low or high. What a shame and mistake it would be to think you are safe from robbery if you avoid blacks. Robbers come in all shades and speak many different languages. You could very well be robbed by someone who looks just like you.\U0001f925 A few tips for your future travels:Always be aware of your surroundings.Know where you are, where you’ll be going, and how you will commute between these places.Be discrete with your finances.Treat all people with respect.Remember that all races of people are capable of committing all crimes…including robbery.Lock car doors and apartments or hotels. Store your valuables in a safe when possible.Avoid carrying large amounts of cash on your person. Carry what you will likely need to spend that day and credit cards.Research the areas crime rates. If they are bothersome to you…consider staying in the next closest city.Number 8 is going to cost you more for your commute. However, if it makes you feel safer…go for it!Being around people/cultures that we aren’t familiar has the potential to make some of us feel uneasy. Try not to stereotype and don’t let cultural differences ruin your trip!Happy Travels!

Are people in the DC area unfriendly?

I've lived in a few cities in different countries and spent a lot of time in others. I also lived in and around DC for over 10 years. I kind of have to say that I have not disliked any place that I have lived/visited except DC. I generally don't like being negative or making sweeping statements about anything, but DC is not a great city.
It's small (as cities go), but has no charm whatsoever. People will not be rude to you by any means, but the culture is generally quite "stressed out, and all about being important." There is a nice little young hipster scene though, but it's very little. When people meet at parties they shake hands and exchange resumes, by way of conversation. There's no real culture to speak of because the population is so transient, flowing in and out with each election cycle, and most people live outside the city so vast areas simply shut down after 8:00. You've never seen anything like it. I remember the first New Years I spent there, it was pathetic. There are only a few concentrated party areas. It has a certain amount of diversity, but nothing compared to New York or Toronto. Toronto is safer and New York is, New York. I would even argue that New York is safer. I have known several people who were hospitalized in DC after being attacked, just for their cell phone and the cash in their wallet, and exactly everyone I know who has lived in the city has been mugged at least once, many at gun point. The climate is god awful-- incredibly hot and humid in the summer, gray in the winter. I would just not recommend living there unless you have to. It's also incredibly expensive. During the recent housing crisis cost of living in DC surpassed New York! There are so many much much nicer places to live.

My favourite cities are Berlin, New York, Toronto, Montreal, London, San Francisco, Chapel Hill NC, New Orleans, Vancouver. I haven't lived/traveled enough in Asia or South America to include cities there. I also have many favourite places which are not cities, like Vancouver Island.

It's no so much the people as individuals, it's the culture of the place, or lack thereof, which makes DC a less than desirable place to live/visit.

I'm really sorry to say it, but I hope that helps somehow.

Why do old people always seem to drive big white cars...?

Plain white cars are cheaper and cheap to insure. White cars stay cleaner in the salt. White interior lets you see things in it at night. White cars look bigger. I love white trucks, cars, vans, houses, and women. But I like better dark chocolate.

As a person who is holding crores worth of black money, how are you feeling right now?

My brother works for a small company. It is a small place with around 20 or 30 employees, average pay is around 25k, and pay-day is 10th of every month, however this time the salary came on 9th - all in cash and in currency notes of 1,000 denominations. Earlier they used to pay by the cheques, and yes, to high-performers they used to pay a couple of thousands extra as well, which used to be in cash. But it was all in cash for this month’s salary.I did tell my brother that he should have asked for a couple of extra printed-papers! Printed paper - yes, this is what it was legally on the morning of 9th November. All the money they saved (or converted?) in this manner does not exactly sums up into a very big amount - probably it would be less than the price of BMW car they drive, but it is amazing to see the different kind of strategies our businesspersons deploy to evade taxes, laws etc.Edit - the day after…:All the employees were summoned over in a town-hall kind of meeting next day, which saw some melodramatic moments as well. All the employees were reminded about the company-is-a-family and were requested to “help”. They were handed over various bundles of old currency notes - ranging from 50 to 200k. Instructions were to deposit it immediately in their respective bank accounts, and then return it in weekly installments of 10k. Since the bank-queues are reaching almost to the Mars these days, a rare freedom of flexi-time - upto 2 hours late was awarded (now, this is the place where half-a-day’s salary goes back to employer on reaching 15 minutes late).Brother returned it - one reason was the usual “I hate my employer”. The other, slightly prominent thought was that “Hell! Let us help our PM in doing something nice”; and yes (my reasoning…) that if somebody actually deserves to be “helped”, it should be a real “friend” or maybe, a relative etc.
