Even I wondered the same thing few months back. I really wanted to try out something new through online platform. Good to know I am not alone.Making friends in-person can be really overwhelming, especially when you’re an introvert like me.But online friendships are easily made and actually might last lifelong. It’s not necessary to meet them personally, as long as you ‘click’ with them.Personally I feel online friends are the best, you don’t have to impress them in any way, they won’t judge you by your appearance and speaking to them is much easier. Leaving online friends?
Ok I know what you might be thinking... online friends they aren't important. But I've known him for almost 2 years now. We used to be super close. But I made stupid mistakes and now he hates me. He dates an online girlfriend and we've known each other for longer. The past month has been constant fighting. I just want to leave them both behind. Should I? If so how when I still care about them? I really think leaving would be the best thing to do. He doesn't care about me, but I care about him. :/ I cant stop thinking about it.
I miss my online friend?
We have been friends for 6 years. Since he got a new job he's not online any more and we exchange e-mails every month or so. I miss him lots and I would like to chat with him as before, but I am afraid of saying "I miss you" because I've never said these words to him. Now that he's not around as often as before I have learnt to treasure him. Is it too late?

Hey there! Haha, I feel you, none of my friends are into anime at all and the people that are into it judge me for being a girl and declare that I can't watch anime, trololol. Online friends are the best though! I've honestly met some of the best people through tumblr & youtube. For tumblr, a lot of the people there are reaaally friendly, just send them a "hi" or respond to a text post and you can easily befriend them. I lied a little to my online friends?!?
Hi! I've been using this forum for a while and I made friends with a bunch of people, and I made up my name at the time thinking this friendship won't really be that serious and it'll always be online. Turns out my friends have even more friends who know each other's personal lives and all call me by my fake name. We had group chat together and one of the girls who I know well from the forums turns out to live near me! I was really shocked and scared that one day she'd ask to meet up. I know she's been telling the truth about herself as she's taken selfies and vids of herself. But what do I do? Since there's a huge population of one race in our area, she said if I was that race since she was, and I panicked and slightly mistruthed my own race since there's a tiny amount of people my race from there and it could be easier for her to know who I really am. Please no hating I just need opinions and help. I understand what I did is extremely stupid and I regret it so much right now as I didn't actually think I would get so close to these people.
