They normally have little holes in the stones/beads and you loop in and around them with your needle + thread and into the fabric a few times and they should be secure. (make sure you have matching thread) Those straps are gorgeous :x

Need help with dress code in an office.?
if you have to do a lot of walking i would get some comfy shoes. yes, i agree i wouldn't where open toed shoes in a dentists office. i would arrive my first day in nice khaki colored dressier pants and a white blouse and then check out what everyone else is wearing.
I REALLY need help finding a homecomming dress!?
It's a week away from homecomming, my skin is olive and I'm very skinny (no bragging but yeah that does come into play when picking out a dress) It's my first formal dance I want a cocktail dress, but need to find one under $100, Yonkers and Macy's aren't really my taste. I like vintage,indie, different, unique, dresses. Style like Hanna Beth and Jessican Mclintock. I would prefer a strapless tight fitting dress looser at the bottom. Please help me find a good dress! Bob has : 12 Hats 12 shirts 5 Pants 4 Jackets 3 belts Wearing 1 pair of pants and 1 shirt is OBLIGATORY. 4 out of the 12 Shirts are warm so no jacket has to be with them 5 out of the 12 Shirts Can be worn with a Jacket (not necessarily) The remaining 3 shirts out of the 12 are light to they MUST be worn with a jacket on (Obligatory) Finally Wearing a hat is OPTIONAL in how many Ways can bob get dress ??

Grad Dress Help... I'm a muslim?
I'm a muslim that lives in Canada and is searching for a grad dress. I'm in grade 8, I'm a muslim girl and have a religious family so its ****** hard to choose a dress. I can't show my skin (except my face and hands), and its hard... I want to rent a dress (buy, maybe) and I need it to be modest. I need a long dress, long sleeved, nice colour.
