Can you take Verizon wireless to small claims court.?
Have had a verizon phone for over 4 years, last month I lost coverage in my home area. I can not make call, text message or e-mail now. I have a blackberry, verizon says a new tower was put up in my area they do not have data roaming agreement with them. So now I have 1 phone that is usless and 4 other phones that I cannot text message on. They will not cancel my contract on the 4 phones or refund my puchase. All phones are less than 8 months old. I'm out $600, what can I do legally?
