Where Can I Learn Java Online

What is the best way to learn Java online?

I’ve been learning Java for almost two years and you can definitely find really good and trustworthy stuff on the internet.First, I would recommend you to learn the really basic programming concepts such as variables, reference and primitive types, arrays, and many others just by searching on Google (after learning that, forums such as ‘StackOverFlow’ can help you with your Java doubts) or watching Youtube videos (NewBoston channel is really good for your case specifically. They have a complete basic course there).Secondly, and once you have learned those basic and primordial concepts, you MUST learn the object oriented programming part of Java. This part of your learn process comprehends concepts such as Encapsulation, Inheritance, Polymorfism, aggregation, and many others. These concepts are more than essential to your ‘Java education’, they are inherent to this programming language and many that exist today. These concepts you can also find in youtube channels such as NewBoston.Thirdly: if you have a good knowledge of the aforesaid parts of your ‘Java education’, you can ‘start’(I hope you have already done a lot of basic exercises until now) doing more complex exercises in websites. I would strongly recommend Codewars: Train your coding skills and CodingBat Java. They have extremely useful and reliable exercises, where in the former, you can compete with other people learning Java by doing some exercises.I hope my answer has helped you and let me know if you have any doubts :)

Best place to learn JAVA online?

I've recently added an on line java tutorial to my site
that shows visually many of the java concepts.

you can find it at:
http://www.thanassis.com/java/java%20tra...

I've tried to make it as easy as possible for beginner's by
concentrating on the most important aspects.
The tutorial has lots of example source code, quizzes and exercises.
Most of all, I think the tutorial can help you making the necessary mental map of what is there and where to find it.

Learn Java in 2 weeks?

Like EddieJ said, I think it would be possible to learn a great deal of Java in two weeks, especially if you are working at it for seven or more hours a day during that time.

As for how to learn Java, there are a variety of free tutorials available online, in both text and video-based format, some of which are linked below.

You could also try looking for books at your local library or bookstore, as well as on Amazon.com, where there is a great selection of books to choose from.

Since you're going to be writing lots of Java code, a good website to practice what you're learning is CodingBat.com, which provides free practice exercises, which you can both do and check online.

http://CodingBat.com

Additionally, users can also create accounts to keep track of which exercises they have done and what not.

Project Euler is another website that offers programming and mathematics challenges, though these exercises are intended to be written and figured out outside of a browser and in my opinion, are a bit more challenging, than those offered by CodingBat. (You can type your solution to the exercises into the website to check it, though!)

Like with CodingBat, users can create accounts to keep track of which exercises they have done and such, and can do so for free.

One thing to note about learning Java, however, is that it is a high-level programming langauge that is also object oriented, and in some cases, can be pretty complex, so don't get frustrated if you do not understand a concept or get stuck on an exercise! Just keep trying and learning more about the language and you'll eventually get the hang of it!

Best of luck and I hope I helped you!
