There are 4 ova episodes two of which were released after the first season and 1 after each season mentioned above. Also there are 2 specials 1st special was released after the first season(Highschool DxD) and the second was released after the third(Highschool DxD BorN) each special contains 6 mini fun episodes(3–4 minutes).Peace✌P.S. Plot.Once you get past the cleavage and such, you understand the plot. It starts off with a boy who's just a high schooler who wants to have a girlfriend. As it progresses, he acquired one, only to get murdered. Then a young woman comes and revives him: Rias Gremory.The series progresses and showcases a lot of emotion you wouldn't expect from these kinds of characters. I honestly think the first genuine love he has is for Asia, because he constantly chastises himself for thinking lecherous thoughts about her.Outside of the sexual content, the plot goes pretty deep and is quite impressive.2. EcchiThis was going to come up one way or another.Issei's mentality is that of any hormonal teenager, although it is somewhat magnified. He has sort of this deprived mentality of “I've had enough of porn, show me the real thing.” He, of course, gets more than he bargained for (as you can tell when he gets in some moments with Rias and Akeno that are usually preceded by girlish screaming or awkward muscle tension), but that's what makes it funny.3. Romance.I'll say this once more: even though Issei's brain seems to be hiding somewhere in his crotch, he's a character who genuinely shows affection for the girls in his life. In fact, the Light Novels make this a plot point, since Raynare's “curse” made him feel like the girls being there was an elaborate practical joke. This is slightly introduced near the end of DxD BorN (season 3), and it's what gives Loki an advantage.Up to you, of course, but like most things, it is an acquired taste.

I also just finished High School DxD New, and after doing some "research," and based off of what happens with all animes, a new season is based on three things. One, how well it sells. If it sells poorly, why bother to make another season? Two, how popular it is. If the audience finds it intriguing and wants more, it might push the studio to make another season. Three, how the studio and director feel like doing. Hey, the ultimate decision lies with them! So even though High School DxD New's Episode 12 hinted a lot of things that could be progressed into another season and the fact that the light novels are still ongoing, the power to make another season really depends on the director and the studio, and all the people who really are in charge of High School DxD. So all we can do now, is just pray everyday for another season! :D
