Where Can I Watch Live Match B/w Maidana Vs Mayweather

In which boxing fight did Floyd Mayweather have the hardest time?

A lot of people say that Oscar Del Hoya and Manny Pacquio were robbed against Floyd, but I feel that both of them were not able to give much trouble to floyd. Floyd won 8 clear rounds against Manny who was able to dominate only the fourth and the sixth round. Also he won 7 clear rounds against Oscar. I feel that only three opponents could give a hard time to floyd.Floyd Mayweather VS Jose Luis Castillo 1Castillo was able to land thrice the amount to power punches and also more punches overall. This was a very close match, many thought that Castillo had done enough to seal a win but the judges thought otherwise. The bout was awarded to “Pretty Boy” Floyd. Floyd obviously had an advantage as this bout was fought in Floyd’s home turf i.e. Las Vegas. Floyd was able to make the necessary adjustments for their rematch.2. Floyd Mayweather VS Marcos Maidana 1Though both of them had connected almost equal number of punches, Maidana had thrown twice the number of punches and thus he was definitely the agressor, incase of an extremely close contest, the aggressor is generally awarded the win. But even this bout was fought in Vegas and Floyd got the home advantage and was declared the winner. Floyd immediately gave him the rematch and did not find much trouble in their rematch as he was much acquainted to Maidana’s awkard style.3. Floyd Mayweather VS Miguel CottoThis fight was not as close at the previous two bouts that I have mentioned and Floyd was able to clearly win on points but Cotto was the hardest puncher Floyd ever faced and was able to give bleeding nose to floyd in the first half, floyd was able to dominate the second half of the fight and finish on a high. Floyd was much more defensive in the rest of his career post the Cotto fight.

Do you think Floyd Mayweather will retire undefeated?

I think he will have temporary retirements where he leaves undefeated but i do not think he will end up undefeated in the end of the day.

I think money and age will make him enter a loosing streak.

Floyd Mayweather has a gambling and spending addiction. He likes to live flamboyant but that will cost him, I've seen billionaires go broke and they spend less than Floyd.

Jack Johnson was the highest paid athlete of his day, he eventually went broke and fought well past it.
Joe Louis was the highest paid boxer of all time in his day, he went broke.
Muhammad Ali & Sugar Ray Leonard were also the highest paid athletes ever in their day, both went broke but Ali luckily fixed his luck early and got sponsors.

Mike Tyson & Oscar were the highest paid boxer ever in their day, Tyson went broke but Oscar made a successful company.

Floyd Mayweather is the highest paid athlete of his day. His company isn't successful outside of himself and he has no sponsors.

Sponsors is what keeps guys like Michael Jordan wealthy after retirement.

I predict Mayweather retires, goes broke, makes comebacks and gets destroyed by younger fighters who won't be the best of their day, but Mayweather defenately won't be in his best

Why did Marcos Maidana not fight anyone after his last fight with Floyd Mayweather Jr. and then eventually chose to retire in 2016?

Maidana had a tough career, and is a brawler really. He did well at light welter then moved to WW.When he fought and beat Broner for the WBA title then the Floyd opportunity came knocking; he did well in the first fight, well enough to warrant a rematch and didnt fair to well in the second. However, what he did do in those two fights is earn a lot of money - millions of dollars. By all accounts Maidana lives a fairly simple life back in Argentina, and is a family man. Being honest then he probably reached the pinnacle of his career fighting Floyd, and had nothing left to prove and after earning millions for each fight its difficult to rebuild, start earning maybe ten times less and stay motivated in one of the most competitive divisions in boxing. So he decided he had enough, and who can blame him.It took a while to decide as he has been boxing for over 20 years and its in the blood by that point, and you never know, someone might make a crazy money offer to come back, but sometimes it takes a year or so to decide thats it.

How do you see a boxing match between an in-form Manny Pacquiao and an in-form Marcos Maidana panning out?

I think at welterweight it's Manny's. But neither were real welterweights. I think it's an interesting fight. I have never imagined it before, for what ever reason. Pacquiao would be the big favorite, but Maidana had a style that was very deceptive. I could see Maidana cornering Pacquiao and forcing his awkward over hand bombs and straight toe to toe aggressive dirty style on him. I don't think Manny could stop Maidana. He could really take it upstairs and downstairs all night. But at Lightweight or Junior Lightweight Manny could still do everything better. I just have to think Manny finds a way.But Marcos gave some extremely talented boxers and sluggers all they could handle. Absolutely no quit in him. I don't think Marcos could knock Manny out or vise versa. I watched an over the hill Morales give Maidana a hell of a fight when Maidana was just hitting his peak. With one eye shut as well. That fight might be stopped today. But in the end I just have to think Pacquiao wins with movement and angles and his stamina. But I would not be surprised to see Maidana do what won him so much. Corner opponents behind an underrated jab while throwing his awkward over hand bombs to the head while pounding the body and flat out wearing foes down. No, I wouldn't be surprised if Maidana out pointed Pacquiao in a 115 -113 fight with many close and hard to judge rounds. People constantly under estimated Maidana. But in the end Manny wins. I mean Manny might have the one style that could blow Maidana out on points. But I don't think so. Still Manny In a 116 - 112 thriller.Your coming up with some very tough questions. Well for me anyways. I don't see anything easy about predicting how this match up would go.
