Where Can I Watch Professional Disc Golf Eaither On Tv Or The Internet .

All Golfers, Please Answer This Question...?

Any of you that answer Y to any of these questions are cheating! If you can't play efficiently and quickly while still playing within the rules of golf, then you should perhaps practice a little more at the range. If you don't know the rules, get a copy of "Rules of Golf" before going out on the course.

There are other things that you should do to speed up a round, however. For instance, if you hit a ball and you are unsure if it is out-of-bounds or not, you may hit a provisional ball, which you can pick up if the ball is in play. (So that you don't have to go back to the tee from the fairway to re-hit.)

Also you should be ready to hit before it's your turn, so that when it is your turn you can hit right away.

Of course most of you probably cheat on your taxes and cheat on your spouses, so you might as well cheat on golf, too. Go ahead, pick it up, it's good. Sure. Don't worry about it. If you think saving the five seconds that it takes to tap-in an eighteen inch putt is more important than the integrity of the sport, then that's your choice. If it takes more than five seconds and you have to think about the putt to be sure of making then maybe it doesn't deserve to be a gimme anyway.

If you really think it's okay to cheat, maybe take up another sport, like disc golf. Or go watch wrestling on TV, you might enjoy that, too.

If you do feel the urge to cheat, however, any hole that you do so should be scored as "X" and any nine- or eighteen- hole scores that include any holes which are scored as "X" should also be recorded as "X". (This protects the integrity of the sport as far as for handicap purposes.)

This does explain something to me, though. I've always wondered why someone will tell me they shot 78 last week and then I go out on the course with them and they shoot 105. (The 78 was played with more "liberal" rules, I guess.)

Added comment for Vdrive_60: Uh, yeah, not us, buddy, we play in 3:45.....but I think I played with you a couple months ago -- we got paired up against our wishes and on the first hole I hit a chip shot to 2 feet and you hit my ball back to me and said, "that's good" and when asked what I had on the hole I said -- "I didn't have a score, because I didn't putt the ball out."

Is there a correlation between IQ and interest in sports?

It seems like people with very low IQs are attracted to simple "sports" like NASCAR, soccer and hockey where strategy is hardly considered. Smarter people enjoy sports like football, basketball and baseball where strategy is a significant part of the game. Finally, the smartest people don't particularly enjoy any sports cause reading is so much more fun.
