I am sorry, but no.VIP tickets are simply prime seats (usually at the very front/near the stage). But there are rare occasions when they can also serve as passes for meet and greets. Take note, RARE. Because it is of limited quantities. Unless you have connections, then you are set.However, in this case…the fan meet, pictures etc. they are separate cases. I understand in order to go to a fan meet, you have to buy their latest album and hope there is a ticket that will give you access to a fan meet. Which is why a lot of people would buy albums in multiples just to get higher chances to go to a fan meet.
