What would you consider Dolly Parton's best album?
Statistically I guess her best album would be "Here You Come Again" from 1977. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Here_You_Co... But rather than focus on any one album, I say listen to her biggest hits and then follow with even learning some of her not-so-big hits. Start off with: I Will Always Love You (solo version and also a version with Vince Gill) Rockin' Years (with Ricky Van Shelton) Real Love (with Kenny Rogers) Islands in the Stream (with Kenny Rogers - actually Kenny's song) Why'd You Come in Here Lookin' Like That 9 to 5 Yellow Roses Just Because I'm a Woman Straight Talk Joshua My Tennessee Mountain Home Jolene Love Is Like a Butterfly Save the Last Dance for Me Sweet Summer Lovin' Old Flames Can't Hold a Candle to You The Seeker The Bargain Store Tennessee Homesick Blues Here You Come Again It's All Wrong, But It's All Right Heartbreaker All I Can Do Baby I'm Burning Think About Love Backwoods Barbie You're the Only One Starting Over Again But You Know I Love You Hello God Better Get to Livin' Together You And I

I Was Raised On Country Sunshine by Dottie West...How would you like to honor Dottie West?
Dottie was a person who was always putting others ahead of herself. This actually contributed to her death. She insisted that the other person who was injured in the car accident with her, be taken away in the ambulance first. She was much more seriously injured and it was said that her own caring of others, putting herself last, may have kept the doctors from being able to save her. The good Lord said, "Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends." Dottie showed the greatest love of all. I think I will go watch a film she appears in, "Second Fiddle To A Steel Guitar." If there is a Heavenly Choir, you can bet your boots that Dottie is in it! God Bless ya Dottie!
