Where Can We Find Jobs In The Us That Will Provide Visas

Where can I find US jobs that sponsor visas?

You need to specialise in something very important for the US Government meaning you need to be extremely talented and above the rest in order to cut to the pool. Life in the USA isn’t as rosy as you think it really is. I know ’cause I live here. You can work your way from where you at, be the most successful corporate person you can, and who knows you might get a chance to get sent for short term training here, and go to USA as much as you can. The whole America doesnt vibe like New York, Chicago or L.A. Many Americans don't even get to travel to the nearby state their whole life. I know many. Getting in here might be perspective changing for you, who knows? How was that for you?On the meantime, I believe you need to learn a lot of experience, climb your way up the corporate ladder and prove to the US government that you have that extra-ordinary talent enough to sponsor you, but in case, you would like to enquire about the requirements. Here it is: O-1 Visa: Individuals with Extraordinary Ability or Achievement .I did not share about the H1B visa because Trump said that it's currently a waste of resources. Chances of getting that type of visa might be a little bit low for you, during his term (his platform always underpin jobs for Americans already here) but there's so many ways around to get here, and if you really wanted it as much as breathing, soon enough you'll be here and then you can decide if it really fits for yourself. Good luck!

How do i find out about employers who provide H12 visa?

In order to get the H12 visa you need to work for an American company or be hired by a foreign company that does business in the United States.

I would recommend that you apply directly to the airlines which are based in the U.S. If you have language skills, apart from English, you will be an asset on long haul and international flights.

Also, if the airline that you currently work for flies to the U.S. you can request a transfer to their U.S. operations.

Can we apply for jobs in the US without having a visa?

A job application usually entails an interview, you will need at least a tourist visa to be able to come to the US for your interview. Is also possible that you were in the US with a student visa or J1 visa and established connections that turn into a job offer in the future without the need of an in-person interview, in that case you can apply without a visa. However, to enter the country, your employer must sponsor your visa.

L2 visa job issue in usa?

Hi,
My wife have an L1 visa and I am planning to apply for L2 visa as her dependent. I have a good job here in India and plan to leave it and then apply for EAD and find a job there in US.

My Questions are:

1) Is it difficult to get L2 Visa as dependent husband (as compared to dependent wife) and what are the questions I can expect during the interview.
Will they be interested in knowing why I am leaving a good job here and will i work there. if yes then what are the ideal answers.

2) How long it takes for the EAD to come. Does it get rejected also?

3) Can I apply for EAD from India itself once I get L2 visa?

4) If it takes long for the issue of EAD then can I apply it in US and come back for 2-3 months and continue my job here in India and then go back once it's issued.

Thanks a lot for your Help.

Regards.

How can I search for jobs that sponsor H-1B visas?

Here are three ways you can find employers that sponsor H1B visas.:myvisajobs is a website that tells you how many H1B visas and Green Cards were filed by a particular company in the past. This is a good indicator for a company’s willingness to sponsor visas. The most reputable companies in Silicon Valley sponsor visas (think Google, Facebook, Oracle, etc)H1Bullet provides a list of trustworthy “H1B consultants” (i.e. Indian consultancies) that will file your H1B whether you are inside or outside the US. These consultants hire for engineering roles and work for top technology companies.Hope this helps!

You need a work visa to get a job offer in USA. To get a work visa you need a job offer. Is there a way around this?

The B… visas are short term visas - you cannot stay more than 3 months. Don’t try to stay longer (and DON’T work).\. the “Business” sub-classes allow things like lectures, conferences, symposiums, etc …The E… visa is basically the “Investor Visa” … if you invest enough in a US company, you can come and stay. The F… (and the M…) visas are for students (but allow some work) - you would need a University or College to work with you on this one.The H… visas (and the L… visas) are work visas. They exist to allow a US employer to find a qualified employee. Thus there is no way around it … you must get a job offer (at a minimum). The employer is the sponsor. if the person is no longer employed, they have 30 days to leave the country. (The sponsor must pay for the plane ticket of the employee, but not their family). The O… and P… visas are a special class of H visas granted to actors, athletes and similar famous people … but then again if you have that much money and fame, you would have lawyers for this! The I visas are for foreign journalists … and that’s generally not long-term.The J… visas are for foreign students to come on a short working visa (typically 6–9 months, sometimes up to a year) … you must be a student, and you must go home again. The Q… visas are for “cultural exchanges” - but basically this is the “Cuba Visa”The “Diversity Lottery”/“Green-card Lottery” exists … but as a lottery you could be waiting 20 years or more for entry.

My bf is from saudi living in california with student visa and am american..will it work out?

well @ Stilla... Yes, Saudi men "DO" marry western woman.. and loads of 'em.. Im a product of an american mother and Saudi father.. and I have over 100 lady friends ive met here all from western countries that are married to Saudi men..
It can work out..
Now having said all this.. There are new laws now preventing saudi men from marrying while they are out on scholarship and school visas ... The government forbids them to do this.. Like they said.. his scholarship might be revoked..
And if he isnt on a Saudi scholarship and just on his parents expense.. still before a marriage to a foreign woman is valid, it has to be approved by the Saudi government.. This can be a long process of paperwork..
Now as for him living in US.. well this all depends on like they said above.. the area, the jobs available, his qualifications.. He cannot work until he gets legal residency there in USA.. otherwise he is working illegally..
And if you just go ahead and marry in USA (you can do that) and he decided to stay and you had children.. Your children will be dual citizens.. both Saudi and US citizens.. (Im one)... If you somehow fall out of love and he leaves you.. He could bring the kids back with him.. (thats if you turn loose of them.. I wouldnt) you couldnt get them back.. Saudi people are strict about their saudi kids.. they would never help in you wanting to go get them back.. They'd prefer they remain in Saudi and raised in an Islamic atmosphere.. .. He should provide you wiht child support, but there are no international agencies that would enforce it.. You'd just be stuck without.

Also people are people, I dont know if he truly fell in love with you, or just using you for easy sex.. Cause Saudi boys are raised in a strict Islamic atmosphere and children from early age are segregated and most are virgins until marriage.. They arent used to being around girls and they fall in love easily with the western woman, are easily mislead.. and also.. they on the flip side.. easily talk western woman into affairs with their smooth arabic demeaner just to get sex "sew their wild oats" whilst away at school.. .. it can go both ways.. .. We have no idea from your question, what your boyfriends intentions are..

Just think long and hard about it all.. is it worth it.. maybe it is, maybe not..
goodluck!
