ITunes is sending my recovery info to the wrong email address?
I used to work for Apple as a Call Center Advisor doing tech support over the phone. Unfortunately, this same issue was occurring randomly even with the correct email listed where the recovery info was not sent through iForgot.apple.com. Try Expresslane first to solve this issue: https://expresslane.apple.com/. At the time I worked for them, we were not able to reset the account directly without contacting someone from iTunes support. This may have changed and the phone representative may be able to give a temporary code now. Expresslane, though, will normally save you time.

Sounds like a hoax to me. NEVER GIVE OUT YOUR BANK INFO TO ANYONE WHO SENDS YOU AN E-MAIL!!! Even your real bank wouldn't request this info.

Absolutely not! That's a phishing email. Don't reply to the message and give out your personal information to total strangers or you'll risk losing your account to them. Remember that Y! doesn't send unsolicited emails to all its users, as the company already has that stored in its well-secured servers. Go report the message here: http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/ya... Choose Fraud as the reason for the violation you're reporting on. After that, spam it straight into oblivion without delay.
How do you tell someone to use BCC in e-mail?
My daughter belongs to an organization and in the past I was the monitor for her team and was responsible for sending info to all parents. I always used BCC when sending e-mails out of respect for the privacy of their e-mail address. The new "year" has started and we have a new monitor. She just sent out the first e-mail and did not use BCC. How can I politely tell her to BCC the e-mail addresses without offending her already? I talked with her the other day about an issue I had had with a parent the past year and she already seemed to be not a pleasant person to have to deal with. I don't want her to feel like I'm stepping on her toes or being snotty with her just because I've been a monitor before. I just would prefer her to not throw my personal info out for 25 other people to see.

Log in to your account: the web site uses your email address as the username, so I expect that you will use the "wrong" email address to log in. You should be at the "My Account" section; if you are not, click on "My Account" in the upper-right corner of the screen. To the left is a menu of account options: click on "Update Account Info" and put in the correct email address. That will fix the original problem. Now click on "Order History and Status" and make sure that your order appears in the list and has not been blocked or delayed for any reason. If the order is missing, then they probably canceled it when the confirmation email bounced (came back as undeliverable) and you should just place your order again. If the order is there but there seems to be some problem with it, follow any instructions that are there on the order status screen or click on the "Help Desk" link at the bottom of the page. There you can find links to resolving any number of problems, along with a phone number to call if you prefer to speak to a customer service representative. It should be fairly easy to straighten it out and get your item shipped.

You can select an email id of the contact to send an email. In addition, you can point the cursor on the email id and click on "Contact Info" to see the complete contact details from Gmail.Secondly, Click on the downward arrow next to the mail and you can launch your Google Contacts App, if you would like to see all your contacts from Gmail.You can go back to mail by clicking the downward arrow and select "Mail" . This is the fastest way to toggle between Mail and Contacts.
