Where Do I Find My Notepad

Where has my yahoo notepad gone?

Yahoo is introducing a new mail version to most users over the next couple of days, the missing "notepad" feature is related to that. This does NOT mean that Yahoo will do away with it, it's just not available anymore from the lists of features. What works for now though is this direct link, maybe bookmark it, just in case:

How do I change a URL using Notepad?

A web browser is designed to display HTML files graphically, whether or not your file is accessible from a web browser.

What you need to do is either turn your computer into a web server or use a web hosting service, get a domain name for your URL, and direct the web server to use your HTML file as the home page.

Until you do that, your HTML file is only accessible from your own computer, and can't be viewed by other computers connected to the Internet.

(PIC) The doodle he did on my notepad?

Hi!

Giving you a bit of background, I had a friend come way out of his way to visit me today. We have been close friends for about a year, but I suspect that he has feelings for me.

This is a doodle that he did in my notebook:

http://img254.imageshack.us/my.php?image...

I realise that it is the Love Park logo. We do not live in the U.S., we are not from the U.S., we have not been to Philadelphia, and do not regularly come into contact with this logo. Interestingly, he has quite deliberately written "park" and "Philly" after "love", probably so that I don´t think that he was writing love and thinking about me..

So what do you think? Just a coincidence, or could it be that he was thinking about me and writing it?

How can I run my code written in Notepad++?

Since notepad is a plain text editor, it can be used to virtually write any program - from Java, C++, C, JavaScript, Python scripts, windows batch commands to HTML or even XML.For you to use notepad for any code to run, you must know the extension of the file to save with e.g. Java files, saves with .java extension, Python scripts save as xyx.py, abc.html, fgh.bat(bat files). Now since its not clear which language you are using, let me get an example of html code in notepad.save the file as MyWebPage.html
Finally go the location where you have saved your file(See image below) and Right click then choose "Open With" option. From the list of programs identify your favorite browser and Boom! there you go. With your first Web running with the simplest tool ever( though not the best tool)

How do you copy a code from Turbo C++ to Notepad?

C++ is a language. It isn’t a program. It doesn’t have your code. You are most likely using an Integrated Development Environment (IDE). You didn’t tell us what it is, and I for one won’t spend any time guessing. Figure out where your IDE stores projects. Either it’ll have a configuration for a workspace or it’ll treat each one independently and open it wherever you put it. Either way, that’s where the code is.Notepad is an absolutely horrible code editor. Aside from it’s general lack of any features related to syntax highlighting or navigation within your code, every C++ compiler I’ve ever seen will happily accept the end-of-line conventions of any major OS. Notepad will show you an unreadable mess if the code has lines ending in anything other than CR LF. Yes, if the code originated on a Windows system, you’ll be able to read it, but that’s hardlyNavigate to the directory containing the file you want to open. You have two choices now. You can either copy that file somewhere else before you edit it, or you can edit it right where it is. The usual Ctrl-C, followed by navigation somewhere else and a Ctrl-V will work. Or you can right click on it, and use the “Open with” option off of the menu and pick the text editor you want to use. If you edit it in place, you haven’t “copied it to Notepad”. There is no such thing as copying a file from one application to another in that sense. A file is only in an application when the application is running. So, if you make changes to it with Notepad in the location you found it in, those changes will be reflected in the IDE. That may not happen automatically if both Notepad and the IDE have the file open at the same time. You’d have to tell your IDE to refresh.
