Is it legal to smoke herbal incense?
Not if it's legal in your state. I guess there are like 6 states that have it outlawed, but if it's legal in your state go for it. Just a quick heads up, Herbal Incense is really bad for you. The short and long term effects can really be costly. I've read that people have either died from it, or tripped out so bad that they killed themselves, and i've read it could possibly lead to respiratory cancer if used for a long time. I did it a few times when I was an idiot High School kid, and then I found out the amount of strain it puts on your heart, and the possibilities of having a seizure, especially if you abuse it. The product isn't safe, it was created in labs to test on animals. On the Package of every herbal incense it says "not for human consumption". It's never been tested on humans therefore we don't know the full effects, or the dosage of chemicals in each hit that you take, making it dangerous. but from a personal experience it's a dumb thing to do. You need help if you need to get high that bad, especially when it's putting your life in danger.

Neither of which should be smoked if she thinks she might be pregnant, as the effects of smoking either while pregnant have not been tested, and could potentially cause birth defects, developmental issues, low birth weight, asthma, allergies, respiratory problems, and miscarriage. If she is pregnant, and cares about having a healthy baby, she needs to stop right now (and so do you, if you do it with her, as you need yo start being a responsible parent too.)

Make sure that's what the label reads! It blows smoke out the tube! Which you uh can legally aim toward you. Or uh? The difference between paraphernalia pipe bong etc is one is labeled by law to dispense herbal vapor (smoke) into the air and the other says I'm going to break the label and smoke it(felony) if you keep the package to your vapor dispenser you will win a court case if you get policed because you have proof that you had the proper legal equipment to use it in a legal manner

I smoke herbal incense will i pass urine test?
urine tests looks for the active ingrediant, THC. Most likely the incense you smoke did not contain that, unless it was not just an incense
