Is it safe to buy stuff from ebay?
You don't buy things from eBay, you buy from individuals, eBay is a market place to connect sellers and buyers. I am not trying to be a smart aleck, the answer to your question depends on the actual seller you are buying from. Check their reputation: how long have they been selling on ebay, what is teir feedback, how many products have they sold. For example, if you look at my profile, you would see I have bought and sold over 100 items in the past 14 years or so with 100% posiitve feedback. Then chekc if the seller is in your same country. It makes it easier in case of a dispute. And then check the eBay and PayPal guarantees, they are good for certain items. Last - if it is too good to be true, it probably is. And, read the descriptions carefully. Don't assume everything that is being sold works or is comlpete. If you have doubts ask sellers a question. If you are are careful, then yes, buying on eBay can be quite safe.

I'm not sure if Miss Me has a corporate page, but I tried to research them and couldn't really find anything :( I also just started my own store/business (also using ebay and my own store), but I sell Tru Luxe Jeans. Problem was that during my research I found out that the majority of the available items online are already being sold on eBay by other vendors and the site is clogged with them and no one buying them. Most common one is SMC. I would suggest looking for something local to you that doesn't necessarily sell online and see if that works out.
