Where Do You Think The Kingdom Of God Is

The kingdom of god is within you?

This is a metaphor used by Jesus which is grossly misinterpreted by most Christians. All that Jesus wanted was to make people around him understand the hidden meaning of his words. But to understand the sublime one has to give up his ego's , learnings and become like a child, which is much more difficult than reading bible or quoating from bible.

God is in us and we are God, clear up the dramas and the mirages and see inside , kingdom will be a small word when u see it

Do you think God's Kingdom will be real and both Heavenly and earthly?

What does the Bible tell us about the Kingdom of God?

What will God’s Kingdom do?

When will the Kingdom cause God’s will to be done on earth?

MILLIONS of people worldwide are familiar with the prayer that many call the Our Father, or the Lord’s Prayer. Both expressions refer to a famous prayer given as a model by Jesus Christ himself. It is a very meaningful prayer, and a consideration of its first three petitions will help you to learn more about what the Bible really teaches.

At the beginning of this model prayer, Jesus instructed his hearers: “You must pray, then, this way: ‘Our Father in the heavens, let your name be sanctified. Let your kingdom come. Let your will take place, as in heaven, also upon earth.’” (Matthew 6:9-13)

What does “the kingdom of God is within you” mean?

When Jesus made that statement, who was he talking to, he was talking to the religious Pharisees who were plotting against him, he was not talking to the common people.

The Pharisees were Jesus’ enemies. Jesus stated that those hypocrites were not going to enter God’s Kingdom. Matthew 23:13 Now if the Pharisees were not to enter God’s Kingdom, could the Kingdom be in their hearts? Impossible! What, then, did Jesus mean?

Jesus and his followers went from place to place preaching “The kingdom of heaven is at hand”.

This was a strange message, “The kingdom of heaven is at hand”? Indeed it was strange to them; but it was right. Why? Because the kingly representative was present, he was in their midst, and in this sense ‘the kingdom of heaven was at hand’.

That this is so we have Jesus’ own words: “The kingdom of God is not coming with striking observableness, neither will people be saying, ‘See here!’ or, ‘There!’ For, look! the kingdom of God is in your midst.”

So the kingdom of God was not to come with an outward visible sign, as many expected, with “striking observableness”. No, Jesus was there and he rightly preached that the Kingdom in the person of its King was at hand.

Jesus’ words “in your midst” have at times been translated “within you.” So some have thought that Jesus meant that the Kingdom of God reigns in the hearts of God’s servants.

But, obviously, the Kingdom of God is not within the hearts of these unbelieving Pharisees to whom Jesus is speaking.

Yet, it is in their midst, since the designated King of God’s Kingdom, Jesus Christ, is right among them.

Who is worthy to enter the Kingdom of God?

In these days with all of our knowledge and technology I can understand why there are non-believers in this world. For those of you who are Christian, please explain why those who are not believers in Jesus will not inherit the kingdom of God. As a Christian, I think it is unfair for a good, loving atheist, for example, to go to hell. I understand that we don't inherit the kingdom of God through good works alone, but through faith, but seriously how is this fair? How does this make God out to be loving to all His children. Please list scripture that says it is faith in Jesus. Is it possible that scripture could be interpreted that entering God's kingdom through Jesus simply means that it is His decision and not just having faith in Him? After all, if being saved is through grace and not works, then couldn't someone be a believer in Jesus and a horrible human being, but still go to Heaven? Sounds illogical to me. What are your thoughts? Please list scripture too. Thank you.

Where is the Kingdom of God located?

The Kingdom of God is located mainly in the hearts of people who are yielded to the Spirit of the Lord, although it is all around us as well. We just can’t see it until we are quickened.Jesus said in Luke 17:20-21, “The kingdom of God is not coming with signs to be observed; nor will they say, ‘Look, here it is!’ or, ‘There it is!’ For behold, the kingdom of God is in your midst.”Human beings don’t just have a spirit. Humans are primarily spirits who just happen to be having an experience in this physical dimension.God is the Father of spirits (Hebrews 12:9), so each one of us has come from Him. Since every human being is a spirit being, that means we all have something of God within us. This is the “seed” that God has placed in every person. When God’s Spirit quickens an individual’s spirit, that is when a new life begins. At that moment the Kingdom of God comes to have residence in the heart. The Kingdom Seed sprouts and begins to grow, and will eventually bear fruit—thirty-fold, sixty-fold, and a hundred-fold.As was mentioned, the Kingdom of God is also all around us. This is why the apostle Paul said to the pagan men of Athens, “In Him we live, and move, and have our being” (Acts 17:28). That use of the word we is the apostle’s all-inclusive we. He was including those pagan men as well as himself and all of God’s people. The only place where mankind is alienated from God is in our own minds (Colossians 1:21), and yet this is a significant alienation. Repentance involves changing our minds. Hence the need for being quickened (brought to life) by the operation of the Holy Spirit. Then, and only then, can we see the Kingdom of God.
