Where Does An Iphone Store Its Information

With an iPhone, does information save on the SIM card like a regular cell phone or does it save only on the phone itself?

Your SIM card generally will hold the contacts that you set to be saved on your SIM.  Most other information such as applications, messages, etc. will be saved either to the device or to an SD card.A SIM Card Does Not ContainYour SIM card is protected by various protocols, but protocols can be penetrated. Luckily, your SIM card does not contain highly personal and sensitive information like pictures and videos. It does not store your home address, your bank account number, your doctor’s name, or other details unless you specifically write those details in a text (SMS) message or specify those details in your contact lists.Cellular carriers only archive SMS messages for a brief period on their network servers. For example, most major providers in the United States store the messages in the archives from about 48 hours to two weeks. The exceptions are if you: subscribe to a service that specifically offers text archiving, are subject to a court order for message archiving, work for a government agency, or possibly, live in a country known for spying on its citizens. The caveat to this is that while the carrier deletes messages in order to make space on its servers, you do the same thing on your mobile device, too. However, deleted messages only mean that you cannot see them anymore; they are still present on the SIM card until overwritten by new data. The SIM Card Does ContainAlong with the text messages, the SIM card holds your phone contacts with the related information like names and numbers, and history of calls including dates and times. This is why law enforcement seeks to gain entry to SIM cards in order to connect criminals to their associates. The SIM card also contains several pieces of information that relate to the security protocols, the network carrier, your Personal Identification Number (PIN), an unblocking code, and the services you use, like applications. Another very important piece of data is the last location of the phone, which is often useful in locating missing people

Where does my finger print get stored in iPhone?

Data representing the fingerprint is written into a the Secure Enclave, which is essentially a write-only memory space like a smart card.  The data is encrypted and locked to the secret, unique ID of the Secure Enclave processor.  The fingerprint data can never be read.  For login or authentication, the TouchID sensor will send the fingerprint information into the Secure Enclave, and the Secure Enclave will declare whether or not the fingerprint is valid with a cryptographically signed pass-fail message that cannot be spoofed.https://ssl.apple.com/business/d...Apple has a proposed patent to store fingerprints in the cloud, but they have not announced plans to do so.  The fingerprints live only in highly encrypted form on the local device, tied exclusively to that device.

Where does Apple Pay store the card information on an iPhone? Is it in a keychain? How secure is it?

I got it… In the iPhone 6, 6 Plus and Apple Watch, the Secure Element is embedded into the NFC chip, which is used by Apple Pay at payment terminals. The NFC chip facilitates communication between the terminal and the Secure Element. Software on the SE emulates your card and provides a secure storage and execution environment for the payment application.Apple stores the CC information what we enter into the Secure Element is embedded into the NFC chip. How do I delete an App (or any information or history in general) from iCloud.?

Your applications themselves are not stored in iCloud, but only on your device and in your iTunes library. Some applications will store their data in iCloud, but this is usually optional and does not apply to every application.

The iTunes Store does maintain a list of all of the apps that you have previously purchased or downloaded so that you can re-download them into iTunes or directly onto your device, but these do not take up any storage in your iCloud account—it’s basically just a purchase history linked to the actual apps on the App Store. In fact, if an application is removed from the App Store for whatever reason, it will also disappear from this purchased apps list. This is accessed either from the “Purchases” section found in the App Store on your iPhone or in the iTunes Store in your iTunes application on your Mac or PC. If there’s an app in your purchase history that you don’t want to see on this list, you can “hide” it by going into your Purchase history in iTunes, hovering over the app that you want to hide, and clicking the small “X” that appears in the top-left corner.

Does iPhone run slow due to photos and apps stored on it?

I would say if you're at the tippy-top max of your storage limit, it will effect memory available and could slow your iPhone down. One smart way of limiting your photos is to keep them on your computer at home and use younity to have them available for viewing and single downloading if you want.
