Where Does Taylor Swift Live In Nashville

Is Taylor Swift overrated like a lot of singers? And why has Nashville turned its back on true country music?

She used to be overrated, but she's really starting to live up to the hype now. There was a time, a few years ago, when I dismissed her myself as a bit of a "hothouse flower" — someone who, if she stayed in the insulated comfort of a recording studio and had the right producers and engineers working on her recordings, sounded fine; but if you took her out into the harsh reality of real-world on-stage performance, her voice would shrivel in the presence of a live band and a real audience. Her performance at the Grammy awards in 2010, singing with Stevie Nicks, was notoriously disastrous: But she's been working on her craft, arguably more so than most musicians at her level of record sales would, since she has more to prove to an audience skeptical of most kiddie-pop vocalists. Still not perfect, but much better than she used to be.And here's another thought that occurred to me as I was hunting up videos to post here. It might be that she has been twice miscast, first as a country singer, then as a standard-fare pop singer. Take a look at this video of (or more to the point, really listen to) her covering Vance Joy's "Riptide" on the Live Lounge program: It's sort of pop, but it doesn't quite have the bubble-gum shine to it, does it? The vocals have that sort of vulnerable edge to them that you don't normally see in someone who's supposed to be pulling off these performances of well-polished pop tunes. You ask me, I think Taylor Swift could have quite an interesting musical career if she's careful, and plays her cards just so. There's more to that young lady's talent than meets the eye.

How does Taylor Swift make money?

Taylor Swift has lots of income streams! Her major money maker is her concert tour.Tickets can be in the hundreds or thousands per night per seat. She likely has one of the highest booking fees in live music right now, if ever.On top of her live shows, she of course has a merchandise booth at every show. These booths sell her music, clothing with her name on it, and even unique items like blankets.Aside from live shows, Taylor Swift gets streaming royalties from her music and music videos. She also sells physical copies of her albums but it is likely that her record label gets most of the profit from CD sales. While I don’t keep up with her on social media, I am sure she does the occasional tasteful product endorsement at a high price considering her fame. Finally, she gets paid for different media gigs. Just her presence can generate a lot of buzz for an event, business, or even ideas such as when she recently tweeted support for LGBTQ issues in Nashville, Tennessee. While she wasn’t paid for her political position, it is clear that she is an important influencer/entertainer and is paid accordingly. I would argue that Swift’s ethics and beliefs are a big part of her success.

What is Taylor Swift's address in Nashville?

If you really liked Taylor Swift you would appreciate the fact that you can't get her address. I really like Taylor in fact I've had a crush on her since 2008. Sure I'd be happy to know where she lives if I had a personal relationship with her, but I don't. I'm glad it's private. I really like Taylor and am really happy that she's got a place to go to at the end of the day where there are no cameras, no fans, just her and her personal life.

How does Taylor Swift have southern accent if she lived in PA?

she lived in tennesse right before she became famous. she said that in tennesse she was trying to get famous and going into neighborhoods of big country stars and trying to get them to sign her. im a fan of her too shes amazing!!
hope this helped!!

Where can I find Taylor Swift merchandise in downtown Nashville?

Pretty much everywhere. I think they crowned her "Queen of Everything" on Broadway.

Taylor swift really can't sing live!?

I don't think her recorded voice is anything to write home about, but the live "singing" (I hesitate to use that term) is atrocious. What is funny is so many of her fans make such lame excuses for her, such as, "Well, she was nervous." People have been performing in front of live audiences and on big stages since country music began, and none of them ever sang as horribly as Ms. Swift does without her AutoTune crutch. (It's even funnier that some fans claim she doesn't use it when it's a very well-documented fact in Nashville that she DOES.)

As for the Grammy, they have been giving Grammys to undeserving things since the Grammys began. The first "best country song" Grammy went to a song that (a) isn't country and (b) never made the country charts ("Tom Dooley" by the Kingston Trio), and they actually gave a comedy album an "album of the year" Grammy in 1962, the year Ray Charles put out "Modern Sounds in Country and Western Music" (so I KNOW there was at least one better album released that year!).

If Taylor Swift is from Pennsylvania, then why does she have a southern accent?

She moved to Nashville when she was 14 but took regular trips there from the time she was 11. She did grow up listening to country music so that could be part of it. I think her accent has gone away recently.

What do you have in common with Taylor Swift?
