Where is the best place to sell Yu-Gi-Oh cards?

eBay is probably the easiest way to sell YGO cards, but you need stamps, empty letters, and maybe bubble wrap or top loaders (to ensure the card doesn’t get bent).Sites like TCGPlayer and TrollandToad are also okay, but the amount they give you is lower than market price (since they have to make profit too).Yes, local card shops are okay, but they often give lower prices. Also, maybe try selling to local people that you know? I’ve done some deals and some times you can get lucky :P

You can sell Yu-Gi-Oh! cards on eBay and Amazon, but you can also sell your cards on buylists, where stores list cards that they are looking for. An example is here.

What are some tips for selling Yugioh cards?

Make sure your cards are in (near)-mint condition, especially the more valuable ones. As soon as you pull them from a pack, put them in a sleeve and/or in a binder, so they are protected from wear and tear. Nobody will buy damaged cards from you unless they are desperate and you really tank the price.Go to your local card tournament and bring your binder. People often like buying cards in person. Pay attention though, as some card shops do not allow selling in their establishment. If this is the case, trade cards instead, trying to get more valuable cards and playing on currents trends (as I will go into later).Alternatively, you could sell online. Sites like TCG Market allow you to sell directly to people. At first, it might be a good idea to sell some cards at a lower price to quickly get positive references. People with references are more popular to buy cards from.Avoid selling to shops, as they will seriously undervalue your cards as they need to make a profit themselvesBe patient. If someone offers a lower amount then you’d like for a card you have, and you are certain the card will remain popular for some time, refuse to sell and wait for a better offer. As cheaper cards leave the market, your card(s) will become even more sought after and you can name a higher price.Related to this, hype is a very significant force in Yugioh. Will a upcoming set support a long forgotten archetype? Then cards from that archetype will most likely increase in value. Time to start selling those cards. The banlist just unbanned a card? That card’s value will go through the roof and stay that way until players find out the card is not as good as it once was. Sell those copies now before the price tanks again. The reverse is also true btw, if a card gets limited or banned the price will drop significantly. Sell the copies you have asap, even before the banlist comes out preferably (if you have a hunch the card will get banned). In general, keep an eye on trends in Yugioh. A good site to do this is TCGplayer. Yugi tubers like Mkhol40 also keep an eye on the market. Be sure to subscribe to them. And lastly, while you should always try to get a good price for your cards, your reputation is important. Don’t rip people off or you will be known for it, and the Yugioh community is quick to spread info.Happy selling!

Where is the best place to sell Yugioh cards in the Philadelphia area or on the internet? (Besides Ebay)?

I recently answered a similar question, so I'm quoting my previous answer:

"Well, it all depends on what area you are in! If you live in an area with only retail stores (target, wal-mart, etc...) and no card shops, there are plenty more options. My personal suggestion is to go to a Yu-gi-oh tournament or event...I know that in the United states on August 4th and 5th, there will be a sneak preview for Tactical Evolution...there are sellers there that you could sell to, or you can become your own seller...good luck!
