Why would it constantly say “active 1m ago” on Facebook and Facebook Messenger?
Because he is active about a minute ago.That’s why it is showing active 1 minute ago.
On Facebook it says "active now" to "active 1 minute ago" to "active 2 minutes ago" than back to "active now". Over and over. What does this mean?
When someone is Active now, it means they’re on the Facebook or Messenger app.If they’re active any minutes ago, it means they’re no longer on any of these apps.So, quite simply, they’re likely opening the app because they’re messaging someone, then when the message is sent they’re locking their phone or something whilst they wait for a reply, or they’ve gone off to another app - in fact, as of writing this answer, I’m doing exactly that.

Basically, when you use a android phone, you must be signed in to the phone using one of your google account. Google helps you backup and restore your contacts very easily just in few steps. Before, you might want to try restoring, I would suggest you to login to your gmail account on a PC and go to the "Contacts" Menu as shown in the figure below.You should find all your contacts in this window.Now go to your phone, follow the steps:1. Go to settings.2. Go to Accounts.3. Select Google.4. You should be able to see all your google accounts here. 5. Make sure you have the same account that holds your contacts is configured here. (Otherwise add it using "Add Account" option)6. Now you can synch all or any of your desired applications as below.7. Make sure you have the Contacts Sync button on as seen in the above pic.8. Now, press the 3 dots in the top of the above screen, and select Sync Now.9. You should be able to see all your missed contacts, are getting synched from your gmail account. Now, what if you do not have your contacts in your gmail account?If you have them in form of soft copy (any file) you can import it in to your gmail contacts as CSV file. and then sync them up easily to your mail.So, I recommend all of you to enable auto sync in your android device with your google account and make sure the contacts are synched by checking in the gmail contacts. Messenger says someone was active 1m ago. What does this mean?
That would mean that one or more of their devices was on, and logged in. Many opt to stay logged in on social media outlets even wben they are not using them. Therefore if ever their device(s) are turned on and have data or wifi also on, other users will see the little green or blue dot accompanied by the elapsed time since what was just explained took place. Even if they didnt open messenger, it will still show them as logged inIt can also mean the obvious , that the respective user logged in one minute ago, but not always the case.Especially hard to explain to a jealous or insecure partner that fears their significant other has checked in on the sly. Even harder for them to grow up and get a clue/life… js

Ugh, I hate this new yahoos answer layout... Anyway, my question is that I just received this a few minutes ago from Facebook and not understanding why it's so. I don't even message/contact anyone outside of my friends list let alone people on my friends list... Has anyone ever got this before?
Why doesn't yahoo recognize my contact nicknames and autofill in the email address?
Ages ago (more than a year), yahoo stopped recognizing my "nicknames", so for instance I'd start having to write in my mother's name, rather than "mom". I checked her contact info in my contacts, and it still lists her nickname as "Mom", but if I put that in the "to" line, waiting for it to autofill, it does nothing. Even better, if I can get the nicknames to start working again, is there a way to have yahoo create an autofill hierarchy so that it _starts_ with the nicknames, and then goes to other email addresses? For instance, I email myself reminders all the time, and my nickname is "me". But I have other folks in my address book where the first name starts with "Me", or the email address does. In autofill, I'd like it to rank the possible options by relevance, putting nicknames at the top. Anyone have any ideas?
Whatsapp, nothing shows up under persons name when i open up the chat?
since its a LG phone then the feature to hide the time stamp is not available. its been about two weeks since i last sent a message and he has not seen it. I highly doubt it he blocked me, since the day we last spoke he called me but when i answered i did not hear anything. Im worried because he is a good friend in mexico and i just have not heard anything from him.
