I think you should still be patient. "Arrival Scan" means the package has arrived at there local hub and could be an hour away from you house. I, too am also tracking a package. I would give it a bit more time. If it does come tomorrow, then ask for a refund. Also, keep checking the status of the package, because when it will be delivered, it will say "Out for Delivery."

There are at least 3 possibilities..... 1. The tracking hasn't been updated. Check after midnight. Tracking usually doesn't change during the day. It's usually updated at midnight in your time zone. Sometimes it doesn;t update for several days till it gets to your local terminal. There is still a chance it could arrive tomorrow. 2. The company you ordered from has notified UPS they are shipping a package to you-but UPS doesn't have the package yet. Many companies do this so you will think the package is on the way but it isn't . Usually these types of companies just ship out on Saturdays. Sellers on eBay are notorious for this. They fill out the shipping form and notify UPS but they haven't actually gotten the package to UPS. If you think WOW, they shipped it fast-they really didn't. They just want good feedback from you. 3 The package has been lost enroute. If I were you I would call the UPS customer service dept and give them your tracking number. Packages transferred from UPS to USPS is usually for fianl delivery and UPS will not provide any further tracking info. At the same time, you may not track your packages on USPS tracking site.If it is not transferred to final delivery, then you can try to enter the same tracking number on either UPS tracking site or USPS tracking site!

Jo- Opening a package by accident is one thing. Although I still don't think that's excusable. If I get a package or any piece of mail the first thing most people do is look at the return address. I'm sorry if that's not what you do because you "don't have your glasses on." And either way how does that explain the fact that they further opened the individual packages within the main package? Maybe I should've explained that these individually wrappped items were in clear bags. What would have I done in their place? Well if I had opened something by mistake I would have realized that I inadvertently commited a crime and wouldn't touch anything else.
