I have to agree with the guy above... with the exception of Jhonny Walker and Chivas Regal whiskey and Marlboro brand cigarettes, the items for sale at the Duty Free outside the airport are more expensive than most major shopping malls. They lure you in by reducing the prices of the 3 most purchased products, then sell you everything else around 2-4 dollars more expensive than SM prices. I know this after buying a bottle of CD perume at the Duty Free mall, only to find out a week later that I overpaid around 170 pesos. But if you are set on buying there anyways... spend your dollars. When you get there and the dollar rate is back at 50+, pay with pesos.

Yes but it is of no use.I have bad experiene with Samsung.I bought S3 & S5 from Abu Dhabi and both are lying with me dead because screens of both blackened.I approached to Authorized Repair Centres of Samsung in Kolkata and they told it can't be repaired because it has been purchased from out of India though I am ready to pay the repairing cost.Then I approached to local repairing shops at Chadni in Kolkata where they also mentioned parts are not available. The incident happened more than a year back.Then I purchased IPhone 7Plus from Apple Store in Abu Dhabi. Here you have to check because warranty in India doesn't cover for all models. Some has Qualcomm chips some has Intel chips and you should be clear which model will cover Indian warranty. In India only models A1661 and A1784 are covering the warranty out of 8 models. A1661 is better but in Abu Dhabi only A1784 is being sold. So I bought IPhone 7Plus A1784.All the above informations you will not get through so called Techgurus even from Customer Care also. You have to dig deeper.When I was discussing the same matter with one of my friend he was also telling his bad experience with LED TV of Samsung. He purchased from Abu Dhabi and when he faced some problem he found that panels of lamps are vertical in India and horizontal in Abu Dhabi or may be vice versa. His TV is also dead due to non availability of spare parts. Though I am not Technical Person in this field, I explained my practical experiences.It is better don't take risk if you can't do due research because paying higher price is better as Samsung is also using different chips in same model for different countries.If you are not lucky then your costly mobile will turn into nothing more than a paperweight.P S- My iPhone 7 Plus screen cracked after use of one and half years. I approached to Apple Service Centre in Kolkata nearby to my area and it has been fully repaired with full satisfaction within 24 hours.
