Where Is The Best Place Online To Compare Laptops

Buy a laptop online or at the store?

It is much easier to find better deals online. You should try bargain-hunting websites, like www.slickdeals.net. You will see great deals posted there from time to time. Sometimes retail stores have good deals, but most of the time you will find better bargains online.

If you can't find a good deal on a computer or laptop that you want, it is still usually better to order online because you can fully customize your laptop to suit your price or needs. Unlike shopping for a car or clothes, it isn't really necessary to see the laptop in person. Photos and dimensions of the laptop should be enough for you to decide if it's the right size and style for you.

What is the best place to buy new laptops in Bangalore?

Hey hi!! Be it wherever, try to order your laptop online(preferably in Flipkart). I am saying this because I took three months to decide which laptop I am going to buy, and then took 1 full month of research to find WHERE to buy the laptop. So, I visited many places(this includes branded showrooms and third party retails who sell different kinds of laptops) and enquired for the price, and everywhere, it was nearly 4k-6k costlier than online retails' price. When I asked them for the reason, they said that they include tax. I told them that the online price is way cheaper. As a reply, I got a news that, thru online they sell duplicate products and they have newspaper cutting as a proof for that too. Now, lets tackle the situation.Case 1: Buying online, but then cant be sure whether your product would be genuine. Case 2: Buying at showrooms, but at higher price.I called HP customer care asking them for a solution. They said that they cant give assurance to laptops that are bought outside HP retails(this includes third party retails too, hence remove them from list).I called Flipkart for enquiry, and the model that I had chosen was sold by one of the best sellers with Flipkart, so they said that return period would be 30 days. And, if at all we prove them that the laptop is not genuine, they would take that back and provide you with a new one or refund, and this is for sure. To find a fake stuff in a laptop, 30 days is more than enough. Also, once you buy it from online stores, register your product with the brand(mine was HP), in next few days with the serial number. This could clear 50% that your laptop is genuine. There are few more steps that should be followed to find the quality of the hardware(graphics card and so on). Let me know in comment section if you are ready to buy through online, so that I will let you know things that has to be checked after buying a laptop. At the max, we need 10 days to come to conclusion about the condition of the laptop. If you are still in a dilemma whether to buy it online, and prefer branded showrooms, buy a laptop WITHOUT any OS(free MS-DOS OS). This will reduce the cost of the laptop by 4k or so, and hence you can compensate the price in that way. AND, AS FAR AS I HAD HEARD, HP SHOWROOMS WILL INSTALL OS FOR FREE WHEN YOU BUY A LAPTOP FROM THEM (happened by 2015 end).PS: Suggesting you to buy in Flipkart, because they give you free accidental damage protection for first one year for the laptops you buy from them.

Should I buy my laptop online or offline?

Hello guys,Should I buy my laptop online or offline?, Excepted question & nice question also… Thanks for askingOnline shopping makes you lazy and Offline shopping makes you active and makes you as a well known person in all aspects. ( HAHAHAHAHAHA)In online shopping gives you replacement offer and something , but how many of them checked it is replaced or repaired ?????In offline shopping they gives you the guarantee of the product and if it is having any defect, the product is under warranty and it will be replaced if it has some major defects… (i.e) according to severity of the defects…..In online shopping only convincing lines/offers/discounts will be available, that’s all….So in my point of view Online shopping is not as worthy as Offline shopping…..The difference between Online and Offline shopping is the difference between seeing movie in theatres ( Good print ) & laptops ( downloaded bad print)…. If you need good you guys have to wait for long time…Online shopping is for different group of people & Offline shopping is for different group of people… For me I prefer Offline than Online, which doesn’t mean that I’m totally against it…..Differs in the quality and the money your spending on the product…Think & investment on the things you are buying from online and offline shopping…

Which is best method to buy laptop, offline or online?

I would Suggest you to look at the options available in your Local Brand store or Local Croma/Reliance Digital for shopping for Laptops.Even today buying laptops online is fraught with risk. Laptop releases are not as widely advertised as Mobiles. so there is huge potential to sell OLD Stock online(or Offline) I have seen 3 year old Laptops Masquerading as Brand New on Flipkart/Amazon. Even now you get Intel Skylake Powered laptops whereas the Skylake microarchitecture was introduced In retail in mid 2015. there have 3 more generations released after that but this 6th Gen processor powered Laptops still sell for almost the same price at which they were initially introduced. (In many cases the production date of the Laptop is atleast 2 years from the date of Sale)I am not even going to touch the potential of Parts swapping when buying Online. When buying Offline you might pay a little bit more but I think its worth it for knowing what you get.Added bonus for purchase from Brand store is usually you get Windows pre-Installed and Pre-Activated. (Non brand stores are notorious for installing Pirated versions of Windows which after six months of usage you will have to deal with the “Your Windows is not-Genuine” messages.)In this day and age of connectivity it is very easy for Microsoft to sort out the Genuine window from Pirated version. My Wife’s Boss ended up paying nearly ₹150000 to get out of the piracy case for three of his office PCs. (includes the fresh licenses he had to buy for MS-Office and Windows)So if you are purchasing a new Laptop then best you can do is buy it from a brand store with genuine Windows.

What is the best website for choosing a laptop?

I've found CNet's laptop search and buying guides to be a good resource for general users. They offer comparisons, buying guides, reviews, current pricing, and an actual "laptop finder" to help you get through the selection minefield.http://reviews.cnet.com/4247-312...

Is Walmart an okay place to buy a laptop?

Brand is the key factor here. If it's the same brand, where it's sold is irrelevant. An ASUS laptop from Walmart will be the same quality as an ASUS laptop from BestBuy, whereas an ASUS laptop will be better than a DELL from anywhere. How much you should spend depends on what you're going to be doing. If you're just doing normal school, and work, $300-500 should suffice. For moderate gaming, $500-800. For heavy pro gaming, a $1000 laptop would be on the cheap side. In the first 2 options, retail stores(Walmart, BestBuy, etc.) would be good enough. Though don't expect to get much, if any tech support from Walmart. If you have questions, go to BestBuy. For gaming laptops, the Internet is your best bet. Here's a good moderate gaming laptop(Most Steam games, Black Ops, etc. But don't expect to be playing Crysis 2 on max):
