Go back to the main yahoo page (new.m.yahoo.com), then scroll down to where you normally click on Yahoo Mail and right above it there will be a text link next to My Favorites called Edit. Follow the link, then click on Remove Items, put a check next to Yahoo Mail and click Remove. Go back to the main yahoo mobile page, and add the Yahoo Mail to your favorites... it will ask you again if you want to try new yahoo mobile, click yes and you are all set. There is NO other way of doing it. The answer someone provided above only works if you are using full Desktop version mail and not a yahoo mobile page. I am sure you understand what I mean.
