And possibly InDesign as well? How many Adobe programs do you think it could handle? Is it a good choice for a computer, if its main uses will be for word documents, movie watching, and web surfing? (I'll probably be doing minimal editing, but I'm just asking.)

You're using MacBook Pro, but you haven't mentioned what OS you're comfortable with. If you're not comfortable with OSX, you can always try to dual boot it with Windows.Now my answer assumes that you're fairly experienced in OSX. If you're, you just need XCode. You can certainly do it using any Text Editor such as Text Wrangler or Sublime Text 2, however you will need a separate compiler to compile the programs into machine code. With XCode everything comes bundled.To download XCode, go the Mac App Store. Press CMD+Space and type app store. In that search for XCode and click install. Which should I get, Apple ipad pro OR Macbook Air?
I can't decide which I want, and which is the better option. I like the ipad pro (most likely the 12.9) because of the touch, pencil and the app store. I like the macbook air because its light, still integrates with my iphone, great battery life and the ability to run programs. This device won't be used for anything crazy. I still have a windows laptop thats used quite a bit. Any thoughts or suggestions??? :)

Yes, almost all software available for machintosh are also available in torrents for free. You can download any software from torrents and use like you use on a windows PC. Just allow the mac to use apps from “Anywhere”. Performance of a licensed Adobe Photoshop and a pirated one are same. And you can always install windows on a mac. Creative people use machintosh, go for it!
Is a Macbook really worth the price?
What do you macbook owners think? I’m planning to get one but the prices really make you wonder if it’ll be worth it. I do not want it to run big programs on it or anything (maybe just lightroom or photoshop) but nothing else, I mainly want ut for school work. I have a hp envy x360 it freezes al the time, yesterday it didn’t want to open a program that I needed to do my homework (ps. Couldn’t do my homework at the end and I paid almost $800 for that laptop only had it for 3 months)
How can I run SWTOR on my MacBook Air? (online download for a windows game)?
I thought I could just use BootCamp, but that means I would still need to buy Windows for Mac and that makes me confused about what BootCamp does exactly. Short question: Is there any software that can allow me to run a game meant for Windows on a Mac? If not, will there be one in the next few months? Idk if they are going to make a separate version for the Mac of the game, but until that, I would want to play it. I don't want to spend more than $50-70, and is there a software that you just download and not have to buy Windows 7 or whatever to play the game? Thanks!
