My dog is drinking her own pee,is this normal?
Actually both my dogs are drinking it.I know theres nothing wrong when people do it,like if there stranded somewhere and have no water.But its weird,she has plenty of water and is still being trained but sometimes when she pees she drinks it.When my older male dog does it he does this weird hannibal lecter thing with his mouth.Is there something in there pee that they just have to have back,or is it just strange behavior.Also I do clean up after her,but sometimes shes just quicker.

Not really drink but taste.I breastfed all my three children and when I was lactating my eldest son, my cousin also had her baby, just a week older than my son.However, her daughter was never breastfed as according to my cousin, her daughter pushed her tongue out everytime she tried to breastfeed her.My cousin asked if I can try to breastfeed her daughter as it amazed her how my son was nourished through my milk.When we tried, her daughter sucked for a long time and she seemed to be satisfied.My cousin said her milk tasted a bit salty so she asked for a drop of my milk to check. She was surprised that it tasted sweet. I got curious too so I took out a few drops and indeed my milk tasted sweet.Well, I am thankful that I could breastfeed my children for three years each and I have donated a lot of milk to the hospital when I worked in the nursery as a nurse.Aside from that, I gave my milk to impoverished and malnourished kids from poor families in some communities. Their mothers were malnourished too so they couldn’t provide milk.Having been blessed with abundant milk is something to be thankful for and I was glad to share to many children aside from mine.

Why does my cat drink her own breast milk?
uhm... that is odd, but its not crazy odd. Animals do weird things. Just try and get her to stop whenever you catch her doing it. It wont kill her but it isnt good for her either. if she dosnt stop soon you can get a cone for her so she cant. she will forget about it eventually. dont worry too much though

Yes it is safe. Breast milk is beneficial to anyone at any age. Now drinking from her actual breast would be difficult to get to her mouth but if she was to pump and drink it then there is nothing wrong with that. I have tried my own breast milk and it taste like warm milk sweetened with sugar. Cow milk is breast milk made for cows and most people drink that so why wouldn't human breast milk be safe. Much less hormones as well.

Once when I was gone, my caretaker on my homestead decided he would “water” the cats and the dogs from the same container, rather than giving the cats their water separately. He cut the bottom off a five-gallon bucket, leaving 5 or 6 inches of the bottom intact; then he filled it with water and put it on the kitchen floor for all the animals. My big cat did not like drinking after the dog. He would sit in front of the water dish, and with one paw would swipe across it a few times to get any dog detritus away before he drank from it. Perhaps your cat is just checking to make sure the water is fit to drink.Another possibility is that the cat just likes to dabble a paw in the water for amusement’s sake. I know my cat liked to play with the running water from the bathroom sink. He’d stick his paw under there a few times, then lick the water off it.
Should an underage bride be able to drink at her own wedding?
I'm asking this in reference to brides who get married before they turn 21. I know underage drinking is illegal but obviously if a woman is mature enough to enter into a marriage shouldn't she be mature enough to drink a glass of champagne with her husband? How do you feel about this situation? And no rude answers - I know 18-20 is young to get married but believe it or not there are some women out there who are more than mature enough to be in a serious and committed relationship.
