Will touching a neutral wire render an electric shock? Why?
A lot of technical answers here but here is a real life answer.I am an Electrician.I have touched a neutral wire many times and have never been shocked. It all depends if there is a load on it. The neutral is the return path back to earth after the electricity travels thru the load.( light, motor, computer….) With no load, there is no potential (voltage) on the neutral under normal circumstances.If you touch the neutral wire and there is a load on it, you may receive a shock depending on if you are grounded or not. Electricity has to have a place to go and is trying to get back to earth. If you are not grounded then it will not flow thru you.If the neutral circuit is “open” meaning that the circuit is broken somewhere, and you inadvertently complete the circuit thru your body, you will get one nasty shock. In fact, some of the worst shocks I have received have been from open neutrals in junction boxes or light fixtures.If you touch the neutral buss in your electrical panel, you should not get shocked. It is the same potential as ground….if your system was installed correctly.PLEASE DONT TRY THIS AT HOME!!! Don't try any of the scenarios above. A shock can be mildly irritating to fatal under the correct circumstances. Please keep these theories just theories.

A while back I read that it was supposed to be sometime between like July and September but then I read that the release got pushed back and so now I'm wondering does anyone know when the iPod Touch 7th generation will be released?? What is the backstory behind this blue Ferrari with the license plate "430 IPOD"?
This Ferrari F430 belongs to a long time NeXT/Apple employee and Ferrari enthusiast. He shows it at local car shows in Silicon Valley. Last year I saw it at the Intel employee car show (which welcomes non-employees to show and attend).If I recall correctly, he has more than 100,000 miles on it. He uses it for his daily driving.The car is a 2006 F430 F1 in Smurf blue (factory custom) with tan leather. The license plate frame reads: Employee 33585, Apple Computer. In 2006, the iPod was driving the Apple stock price, making such a purchase possible. This loyal employee was simply giving credit where it was due. I don’t have knowledge of the specific ads. But the methodology is pretty simple.The performer would do their dance thing in front of a blue screen. Often dancing to the intended music.It’s likely that the whole sequence is edited with the unprocessed footage. This will save work.Then the blue screen footage will run through keying so that an artist will be able to extract a clean silhouette (mask). This silhouette will then be rendered out as black on solid colour. There might be a bit of clean up work using rotoscoping.The iPod and ear-pieces would be rototscoped as a seperate item. This is often a painstaking process where the artist will manually trace a line around the item, then tweak the outline for the next frame. (and so on). Commercial compositing software will include a roto-spline tool for exactly this sort of thing. A shot that is a couple of seconds long means hand tweaking about 60 frames. That could take more than an hour of work.The wire would be handled as a different element. Perhaps a rototoscoped item. It might be based on the actual movement of the wire during capture. Or it could be a 2D simulation.

Will I eventually go blind?
I'm 13 and I have really bad myopia (it runs in my family). I started wearing glasses in 2nd grade. I don't know what perscription I have now, but the lenses are so thick they stick outside of the frame. Even now, I'm not wearing my glasses and I still have to hold my iPod Touch 5 inches from my face to read what I'm writing. When I go to the eye doctor I can barely read any of the letters. He says my eyes will keep getting worse because I am growing and all that, but I have to stop growing eventually so that has to stop too I guess. I'm really scared that my eyesight will get really terrible and I will go blind, or at least be legally blind. Please tell me if I will or not! :(
