How is the marking scheme of the JEE Paper 2?

Hello,JEE Mains Paper 2 contains 3 parts: mathematics, aptitude test and drawing test. Total of 82 questions will be asked which carries 390 marks. Each correct answer will give 4 marks and 2 drawing questions contains total 70 marks and ¼ mark for that question will be deducted for each incorrect answer. Duration for the exam will be 3 hours and exam is conducted in offline mode only.JEE Mains Paper 2 Result is considered for admission in undergraduate architectural courses.JEE Advanced Paper 2 consist of three sections: Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. The exam contains 18 MCQ as well as NAT questions which carry 62 marks. What is the marking scheme while checking maths paper?

The mark scheme on a maths paper is a document giving in fine detail exactly what the answer is, eg 1/2, whether alternative versions of the answer are acceptable, eg 2/4, 0.5, 50% etc are OK, etc. It also goes into great detail how the marks are gained if your answer is incorrect but your method has merit.It is frequently longer than the question paper itself and takes a bit of experience to appreciate all the nuances, though I give it to my students to read to appreciate that it's worth writing SOMETHING for an answer.When I worked as a marker for Edexel, a rough version of the mark scheme came out a day or so after the exam had been sat and we were given a few days to look through the paper and mark scheme and make suggestions as to how it could be improved. You will be penalized if you begin with any other sentence.The picture composition should have a clear connection with the picture.Letter writing:The formal letter should have the correct format. Marks are given for it and make sure to give some remedies in the end.The informal letter should be interesting.Exercises:If the sentences or questions have multiple answers, then all the appropriate answers are accepted.Comprehension:Just write the answers to the point and Don't lift the sentences. For the precis, no need to write the entire story. Your summary should only cover those points which are concerned with the question asked. No need to give the introduction of the story. It is considered irrelevant.English IIThe answers to the reference to context should be to the point. No need to write paragraphs after paragraphs. You have to write what you have been asked and your sentences should cover the facts given in the book related to the question asked.For instance if you are asked, How did Annie look like?And in the book, a paragraph is given for her description. You should ideally cover all the points in that paragraph so as to fetch full marks.Long answer:In case you attempt this one, you should know the entire story by heart. What is the marking scheme of NDA?

In paper 1 (Mathematics), each correct question will be rewarded with 2.5 marks and -0.83 will be deducted on each wrong answer. Unattampted questions will give 0 marks. Questions in mathematics exam are 120 and maximum marks for this paper are 300.In the same way, in paper 2 (Genral studies), each correct question will result in +4 marks and -1.33 marks will be deducted from the questions you attempted wrong. Question in this exam will be 150 that include 50 questions of english, 50 questions of combined PCB, 40 questions of S.S. and around 10 questions of G.K. As a whole paper 2 is of 600 marks.Total questions in paper 1&2 are 270 and max. marks are 900. Rekember their is no negative marking for questions left blank. Negative marking in both paper is 1/3 of the max. marks of question. One need to clear the cutoff of both paper individually (and not subjectwise) to crack NDA written.Thanks for reading.
