I don't believe there are any easy ways to do this. I've been part of a company where we tried to track the products people already received, so we could ensure new items each month, but the undertaking was complex and certainly not easy (or cheap). You'll run into two big problems: Tracking people's request (sounds like you understand the issue here); and,Actually handling fulfillment. And this is a problem in two aspects: In order to track requests is one thing, but another thing is actually procuring the items. Normal subscription businesses might only have 6-10 products/month in the box. It takes about 20-30 hours/month to handle those that # of merchant conversations, in my experience. If you're trying to acquire say, 1 unique item for each person based on their request, you're talking about 1000 vendors for 1000 customers. That's way too much time. In order to get good margins from vendors, you need to order in bulk – usually around 100-200 units is where you start to fall into the bulk category. The fact is, you aren't going to get a good price on your 1000 custom items from 1000 different vendors because they each only view the sale as a 1-time thing. Alternatives: Allow customers to choose 1 of 3 bonus itemsHave a vote for the type of product you include next. "Do you want soap, shower gel, or toothpaste in your next box?" Yes, i like yahoo answers too. 1) Its false. you have to tune your sub propertly, not to 32Hz. some speakers will play really bad, ugly and not so loud on 32Hz. It is insane to tune all the speakers to some frequency. The tuning frequency depends on speaker box enclosure volume and the basreflex diameter and lenght. You should know many TS parameters (examle here http://eshop.prodance.cz/DetailPage.asp?... no matter which language used but see the amount) to simulate what happens to the speaker when tuned somewhere. To simulate this, you don't need to know all of them but you'll need Qes, Vas, Qts,Qms, Le,Re,Fs and box properties. You can simulate it in LSPLab or WinISD. Depends even on kind of music you usually listen. most of normal music styles don't need to play lower than 35Hz (tuning somewhere over 35 to up 40Hz). 2) the difference will be a) bigger volume does lower tuning b) lower tuning and big volume does higher cone excursion, so you cannot push as manny Watts of power as to some smaller, higher tuned box. you have to decide and find some compromise if you want go deep or loud. Depends on speaker. Some can go down to 20Hz, some cannot go under 30Hz even when 5' box which will make huge excursion to that speaker.
