Where did this 12 digit phone number come from?
That sounds like a spam call from the Ukraine. I was suspicious when you mentioned the 12 digit number and noticed how it was displayed. There are international scammers out there with all sorts of "phising" tricks. I looked up the country codes online and saw 380 was a Ukrainian exchange. Check it out yourself at http://visibone.com/countrycodes/ I would suggest you call your customer service and check to see if there has been any international or calls made from your phone you didn't make. Check your bill with a fine tooth comb and put a password on both your phone and with the operator so anyone calling in will have to give the password before getting info or making changes.
