the laptop cost $400 and i have paid them well over $200 dollars or so. the remaining balance on the account was like $225 with tax ..long story i lost my job and now i can not do anymore payments... they said they will call the sheriff and come to my house to take the laptop. i laughed at this cuz cop nor sheriff dont do this. since the remaining balance was so low will this be a civil matter or criminal matter? ive read several stories that depending of the amount the merchandise and or the value it would be prosecuted differently... kinda confused????? would they really send me to jail for $200 bucks....
