Which Answer Is The Best

How do I find the best answers on Quora?

Based on Upvotes ratio. I use this mathematical trick to find the best one.Upvotes ratio = No of upvotes / no of viewsBased on quora’s algorithm, the views on the answers vary depending on the intial response, followers count, and its relevance but there are very few answers that cross the golden mark of 10% or 0.1 Upvotes ratio.Let's look at 2 good answers..1.2.If we look at the first answer, 10 percent of its views makes 52k but the answer got 27k upvotes which is a lower ratio. But the second one got 4.7k upvotes which is greater than 3.87k (10% of 38.7 views)So the first answer is extremely successful but the second answer is the better one as it was able to appeal to more of its readers. This trick works everytime irrespective of the question and parameters.

What is the best answer to: "Why me?"

I was recently diagnosed with a fatal brain cancer. That does not qualify me to answer the question but it does test in the real world the usefulness of my response. The question itself implies there is is a supreme god or intelligence directing human affairs and events and thus there is an answer to the question. This is false. There is no purpose to our lives here, and therefore no meaning to the tragedies and good fortune that fall our way.  "He causes his sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous. (‭Matthew‬ ‭5‬:‭45‬ NIV)." "Or those eighteen who died when the tower in Siloam fell on them—do you think they were more guilty than all the others living in Jerusalem? I tell you, no! But unless you repent, you too will all perish.” (‭Luke‬ ‭13‬:‭4-5‬ NIV)Even Jesus implies we should stop trying to find meaning in everything that happens. This understanding eliminated all agonizing over my own misfortune. "It is what is is", "shit happens", move on. As I explained this to my wife she said this gave her some relief from trying to answer this question (which has no answer). However I found it important to remember the flip side to this bad luck. Some told me "this is unfair". Indeed life is unfair. I was born into the white majority of probably the greatest society in the history of mankind, with above average intelligence and work habits, in a time when my elders had fought for peace in my country and paid taxes so I could go to school for decades with little cost to me. I had a huge unfair advantage over many of my fellow peoples. Now I have this equally "unfair" event happen to me; so? It's not about me, or us, folks. Quit being so self-centered and trying to make everything about yourself.

What is the best answer for "how's life"?

“How’s life?” is a starting point for the conversation which is about to happen. Your answer will determine the tone and nature of that conversation. To put it another way, imagine you’re standing in the center of a bicycle wheel with a lot of spokes. (Yeah, it kind of sucks as an analogy but I wanted a visual metaphor.) Whichever spoke you choose will determine where on the wheel you end up.(Hey, I said it wasn’t a good analogy.)So, with “How’s life?” as a start, here are some examples:“Better than the alternative, ha ha!” A jokey response sets a jokey tone. The subsequent conversation will be light and frivolous. Whether or not it will also be funny depends on their sense of humor.“Fantastic!” This will probably prompt them to ask why, and you can talk about whatever is making you proud or happy. Not funny, but cheerful and positive.“Fine” or something neutral throws the conversational ball back to them and adds yet another visual metaphor to this answer.“Oh man, it bites.” Unless your friend is completely insensitive or not paying attention, a negative answer will derail small talk or jokey-ness. You’re about to have a serious (or at least somber) convo — at least, for as long as the other person sticks around. So I’d say the best answer is the one which takes the conversation where you want it to go.

What is the best answer for "Why do you want to work for us?" when asked in an interview?

The best answer I recommend for “Why do you want to work for us?” is first to be authentic and think about why you want to work for the company. The natural inclination is to respond with the generic statement about how your skills would be a great fit for the company, etc. However, the goal is to be memorable and demonstrate that you organically connect with the company. What most companies are really looking for is to determine if you are just looking for a job or would you be invested in the organization. With that being said, First you will have to do some research on the company. This can easily be accomplished by going on their website and on their social media pages. From this, a wealth of information can be found. Think about what would be most important to the company or the industry. What kind of things are they posting? What do they seem most engaged in? An example may be that you noticed that the company posts many pictures of them volunteering in the community or the company may emphasize in their core values that safety is a priority. Both are things that you authentically care about.Armed with that information your response may sound something like this:“I noticed that ABC company is very involved in giving back to the community. This is something that demonstrates to me that the company really cares about its impact in the world and I want to be a part of that. In addition, the fact that you emphasize safety tells me that you care about your employees as much as you care about the customer. As you may see in my resume, safety is important to me as well as I was the safety captain for the past five years and would be able to bring that experience to ABC.”Which response would be more memorable for the interviewer? The standard statement or the statement that builds a connection between you and the company?I hope this helps!
