Which Big 3 That I Thought Of Would Work Out Better

Name me a football transfer that you thought would work out better than it did?

Hey Eldy, thanks for the A2A,There are many of them actually. I have mentioned few players of them. Not exactly like Anderson, who have ended their careers but, some of them would still thrive if at right place.Moussa Sissoko (Newcastle United to Spurs):Sissoko impressed during the Euro’16 and it was a delight to watch him playing with France. Daniel Levy, who is supposed to be very thoughtful about the transfer business, snatched him for a staggering £35m. After the transfer happened, everyone at Tottenham has been left into disappointment.James Rodriguez(Monaco to Real Madrid) :Carlo Ancelotti and Real Madrid were so determined to bring him to the Bernabeu that they didn’t mind stumping up in the region of £70m for him. After the fantastic world cup in Brazil, James was dubbed as the next big thing(he still could be). But at Zidane’s Madrid, he became greener to the pastures. Now that he’s moved to Bayern, I back him to rediscover the fame that he earned three years ago.Angel Di Maria(Real Madrid to Manchester United) :I couldn’t find a better picture to sum his reign in England up. Manchester United smashed the British transfer record and handed him the precious no.7 jersey. First few months were good for him. But around the Christmas period, Van Gaal dropped him for poor form and played Ashley Young instead. United’s victory at the St. James’ Park saw Di Maria further falling down the order. His house was burgled and that added to his existing problems. He never wanted to leave Real for United but, after PSG were stuck in the FFP transfer regulations and Di Maria had to join United. The marriage infamously lasted for one year and both the parties were happy to part their ways.Eliaquim Mangala(Porto to Manchester City) :Mangala thrived at Porto and became a subject of war between the potential suitors. City and United were battling for him during 2014. Manchester City signed him for a hefty fee only to regret it after a year. Eventually, he was loaned out to Valencia the next year.Andre Gomes(Valencia to Barcelona):Another player who impressed at the Euros! Luis Enrique signed him as an addition to his midfield but, he doesn’t suit the Barcelona style. I hope he finds a club, where he’d excel his abilities.Few other mentions:Danilo(Porto to Real Madrid), Depay(PSV to Manchester United), John Stones(Everton to Manchester City), Nolito(Celta Vigo to Manchester City).Hope this helps!

Whats the best arm workout to get big arms?

A good work out to get big arms is to work on your bicep and tricep.

You can try hammer curls, bicep curls, cable tricep extension, and dumbbell tricep extension.

For all of these, I would aim for 3 sets of 10 reps. You may see others doing the same workouts, but most people could be doing them in wrong form by using much more weight than what they should really train with. Find a weight where you can do 10 reps by only moving your forearms, 2 to 3 seconds to go down, and 2 to 3 seconds to go up. If you start leaning back for your bicep curls or start using momentum to get them up, then there is not much point.

Make sure you don't do these every day. If you're a beginner a day or two of rest is enough to fully recover your muscles, but as your workout gets more intense by using heavier weights, or adding more routines, you can take more days to fully recover. A professional body builder can take up to 5 days of rest after working the specific muscle.

Also, make sure you are giving yourself the protein as well during rest. What you need is a constant supply of protein throughout the day. It's the best to have a well balanced meal every 2 to 3 hours with about 15 to 30grams(even more) of protein depending on your body weight. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d4_UY_kIP...

Do bin cages work well for guinea pigs?

I wanted to get 3 guinea pigs and that would require a really big cage. But I found out about these bin cages and thought maybe if i made 3 of those that would work. Here is a site about bin cages if you aren't familiar with them:
http://www.bitterepiphany.com/bin_cage.html
I was thinking maybe I could cut holes in the sides so that the guinea pigs could fit through and then I would fasten the bins all together. This way, the guinea pigs would basically have 1 big cage. Is this a good idea? Also i found this one would this cage be big enough for 3 guinea pigs?

How do skinny guys that go to prison come out bigger and more muscular?

I'm trying to get more muscular, but I'm not skinny either...I'm 6'2 and about 225 (I need to lose some body fat also). Don't people in prison only get 3 small meals a day? I always thought you need a lot of protein in your diet to get more muscle. I'm sure those prison meals aren't the healthiest meals. Is what we read in all those fitness magazines just a big myth, all that about eating a well-balanced diet, have a certain amount of protein, carbs, fats, etc etc??

Which is your favourite of the 3 big K-pop companies (YG, JYP and SM), and why?

YGBecause -Unique music styles and often differentiate a lot from the other 2 companySmaller number in a group except iKON. Im not a fan of group that have many members. Line distribution is shit and tend to have members that not well known.YG artist tend to have a strong character then other artist from other company. GD, CL, TOP, Bobby, MINO, BI are some of the artist that you just cant hate them.High quality song produced. No matter what other said but YG artist makes a lot of hit song.Likeable among the korean community. People tend to belittle the korean market and see them as inferior to international market but the stronger an artist in korean the lomger they stay in the marketVery western approach. Probably the only korean company that was liked both korean and international. The artist are well known. The advantages of having smaller number of group, the members are well known. Outside of the fandom, people know them.Im not a fan of too many comeback. YG is shitty in comeback sure but 2 comeback per year for each group is probably the best for the artist. Too much comeback is exhausting. Concert, variety show, radio show, all this can cause massive exhaustion.

Do i need a capacitor for my sound system?

Let's take a step back here and lay out your actual power situation.

2600 watts??? Uh, no.

Those peak power ratings aren't ratings at all. They're numbers Kenwood's marketing dept thought would look impressive, yet semi-believable printed on the box. A LOT of companies do it.

The 8403's power production is 360w (rms). And since you're running it at 4 ohms stereo it's 240w.

The 9103 is rated at 900w rms and independently tested (caraudiomag.com) at 650w rms.

So the total power of your amps is <900w.
This is not a "small" system, bu tit isn't the type of system that should severely stress the average car's electrical system.

I'm guessing your GM has the usual 105A alt.
I would install your stuff before making any possibly unnecessary electrical mods.
You may find that it runs fine.

IF you have dimming a cap COULD actually reduce it slightly, but they don't cure any electrical deficiencies. They just cover them up. And there's certainly no guarantee it would help at all.

For comparison - my current '99 SHO has a 130A alt. With 1000w rms it doesn't flinch. My old contour had a 110A alt and I ran 1500w rms in that for a couple years - some minor dimming at high volume, but generally ran well. My older t-bird had a 75A alt which ran ok but not great with 1000-1100w, after upgrading to a 110A it worked well.
