Greentea doesn't make me poop?

So I've read a couple of times that green tea is supposed to speed up your metabolism and cleanse your body. Ever since I started drinking it, it does the exact opposite.
My.. poop is so much (sorry for the details)... harder and painful and i don't have to do number 2 as often anymore. I'm gaining weight so much faster now even though I eat the same!

Does jogging burn belly fat?

Jogging burns fat EVERYWHERE! I Just started jogging a week and a half ago and my stomach is definitively smaller (I run for 40ish minutes 5 times a week). However, if you want to target belly fat, put cinnamon sticks in your water (I do 2 sticks for 32 oz and then refill about 4 times) and on the food you eat. Cinnamon is one of those foods that target belly fat! Aim for at least 1 t a day. Also, I won't advice taking a cinnamon pill, they did nothing for me, but the cinnamon water did!
