How to get in shape to run 3.2 miles, to run in cross country?
4 Days a week you should be going out for REAL long runs, like 5-7 miles (at one time) Like, don't split it up throught out the day, do it all at once. If that's too much, you need to work up to that. 4 times a week you should AT LEAST be running 3 miles, and then yopu'll gradually work up to 5, and then you'll work up to 7. 2 days a week you should do hill workouts, and speed training. like 5x100, 5x200, 3x400, 5x200, 5x100. And 20 hills. Hills will build your endurance. Good luck :)

England had 4 different kind of laws. For Indians in India, for Indians in Britain, For Brits in India and for Brits in Britain.April 13, 1919 till that time, considered the biggest massacre in civilised world. China is claiming territory well beyond its shores, well beyond its 12 mile sovereign limit and well beyond its 200 mile economic allowances. These are limits which have been agreed upon by the international community for all nations. Instead, China has decided to claim some tiny disputed islands in the middle of the South China Sea or even build its own islands so it can claim the sea around them.This not only defies the spirit of international law and international cooperation, but it puts China’s claims into direct conflict with the territory legitimately claimed by other nations around the South China Sea. This creates the potential for an incredible amount of tension in the region that could set up future international conflicts. That would be a serious problem for the entire world.Not only that, but half of world’s merchant fleet trade, in terms of raw tonnage, travels though the region China is attempting to claim, waters which should be free to international trade and not under sovereign control of any nation.This is a problem for the entire world. China is attempting to use a technicality to extend its influence by hundreds of miles.
well, I think the question is too general, developed in what ? Economy, Military, Science etc. and it’s also not easy to determine development even in one particular category, because the statistics and the data not always illustrate the reality. But generally i would say in terms of Economy is Kazakhstan, in terms of Military Uzbekistan, in terms of democracy Kyrgyzstan are the leaders. However putting central Asian countries (UZ, KZ, TM, KG, TJ) with Afghanistan and Pakistan is in one row to compare is not very good idea, because above mentioned 5 countries have similar history, and they have no similarity with Afghanistan or Pakistan other than the ending in the name of country:)
A bike with over 30000 miles?
I have a 2001CBRf4i that has way more then 30000 and it will last many many more years. Once you have a bike, the maintenance is way less costly then getting a new bike so look at how it was maintained. Clues as to the sprocket wear (if teeth are bent over), break and disk wear, may tell you more how the bike was ridden. and of course, test ride it first. many miles don't mean it is a bad bike.
