Which Course Is There In Usa Canada Or In Uk To Do After Mca

Which course has demand in computer science while doing M.S?

Hello,

I do NOT recommend spending money on higher education in UK, USA etc., because education in Norway, Sweden and Finland is completely FREE for Indian students! These universities have global ranking better than IIT, IISc and require no entrance tests to be cleared too, so you save tension of IIT-JEE or CAT or GRE, GMAT, etc.

For studying abroad, the best country should be the one which is developed country + focuses on research + education + health etc. I believe Norway is the best for study, because Scandinavian Universities are among the best in world (ever heard Nobel Prize, its given by Norway Universities). Plus PhD people get salary of 3000-4000 Euro per month as well.

So this would save you from spending lots of hard earned money of your parents or getting trapped with Education Loan. Just compare it with $ 50000 tuition fee required to do masters in Australia. So you can save a lot! Masters subjects are taught in English language.

Again, do check the official websites of these 3 countries, like for NO and FI, sites are http://www.studyinnorway.no and http://www.studyinfinland.fi search in google for rest two. Also, studies in Europe are way too easy as compared to India. For example, exam answer sheet is of 4 pages only, instead of 32 pages. Professors expect you to write as briefly as possible, and ask 4 question in each exam only.

Start searching for courses of your interest and apply ASAP, deadlines are very near. Best of luck! God bless you. Now start acting without delay ;) [ I'm NOT an agent, I've just free time in holiday season. Agents in India don't tell this secret of free education, I missed it and want that you at least avail this opportunity. ]

Can a BCA and an MCA get me a job abroad?

Yes, one can surely get a job abroad. I had one such alumni who got placed in USA. Many other seniors also got a chance for onsite. IT is such a sector where knowledge matters more than the degree. Once you are in a company no one asks you what degree you have or which course you pursued. All they care about is your knowledge and skill set. So if you are capable enough you will surely make it. Always remember Sky is the limit.

Are they any BCA graduates who pursued their MS in the UK, USA, Canada or Australia who are currently working abroad? How difficult is it to get a job abroad after a master's?

There shall be, provided they are the top rankers in BCA degree who applied for a scholarship to get financial assistance from foreign universities such as British Council fellowships. You can visit any British Library in India to get more details from the publication on fellowships offered in UK for various degrees. Never go abroad without fellowship since education is prohibitively costly. Further, you need to spend minimum four years in India for a degree and a diploma to make up the period of four years of academic standing. You need to apply to face the interview in Delhi British Council Office. Good Times.

Which is the better course to study abroad after BCA?

Here I will suggest two courses for you:1. MCA  Master of Computer Applications. This is the best course according to my opinion after completing BCA course. This is because MCA course contains topics which are continued from courses in BCA. That means MCA is a continuation after BCA. You can cover most of the topics of BCA in MCA. This makes studying your subjects easier.2. MSCS Master of Science in Computer ScienceThis course also contains some portions of subjects covered in BCA. But here you will have to dig deep into various portions. That means here you will have in-depth knowledge about computers. This course is mostly trusted in India as a foreign course. It's one's decision what they prefer. After completing BCA course, you will be able to choose between any of these two courses. Study well and get top marks in BCA since admissions in foreign universities are not easier and one have to work very hard to get top scores inorder to achieve it.Wishing you Good luck.Be careful before selecting Universities, because there may be many Universities abroad which are valued only in that particular country. Search the web and get detailed information about each and every University before joining any.

Can I do Mca at abroad after doing Bca from India?

I wish to clarify a few things first before I start answering your question.MCA is a very India specific thing. This course will not be found anywhere else in the world but India.MCA is a 3 year Master’s degree which was conceived in the early 80’s keeping in mind the growing demand for Computer Application Programmers. India had only a handful of engineering colleges which were producing only a handful of Computer Engineer. So the basic idea was to get all the non engineering graduates BSc/B Com who had studied Maths into a 3 year course to train them in Computers and make them IT industry readyHence it was a demographic need of the 80’s that led to the conceiving of the MCA course. And that’s why its unique to India. And this course will seldom be available outside India. You can although do a MS (Master of Science) in Computer Sciences abroad. MS is usually a 2 year course (but there are a couple of university’s in UK & Australia that offer a 1 Year MS also). Also please note, that the eligibility requirement for the MS course will be 12+4 = 16 years of education. In your case, since you have done your BCA you have only 12+3 = 15 years of education. You will need to do 1 year of MCA or MSc to even be eligible for admission to MS courses abroad. If you do manage to do that, then you will have the following to do’sUS CollegesTOEFL - Test of english as a foreign Language - required for MS in USAGRE - Graduate Record Exam - Computer Based aptitude test which has sections in Vocabulary, Quantitative & Analytical Essay.UK & Australian CollegesYou will need to give the IELTS exam (its similar to TOEFL)Hope this helps.Best of luck!

Can I expect to get a job overseas after my MCA from India? What are my chances?

Surely,You can get the chance but it all depends  how you start your career after MCA. Getting job outside India straightforward would be difficult so you have to start from working in India and get some real time experience.Your Chances also depends on your profile on which you are going to work and based on that what are the opportunities available outside India.Currently, As you see one profile is Big Data/Analytics/Hadoop which is in demand whose job opportunity/requirements/demand you can find worldwide but you need to get some experience in it so which better place than India,go for it!All the best!

Is PHD from IGNOU ( India) recognised in USA?

A PhD is a PhD; it will be recognized as a PhD anywhere in the world. The question is, will the job you want in the US consider an online degree from India that only took 3-4 years a suitable qualification? Probably not. The most common job to want with a PhD is college professor, but pretty much no school would accept an online PhD for that. Keep in mind most PhD students in the US spend 4-12 years working on the masters and PhD.

What degree should I do after MCA for further studies?

You suppose not to any .Until and unless you want to go in teaching as profession Where people like to go for Phd or MTech .I did my MCA in 2006 and had a similar  thought to go for MTech after that, but I didn't .If you chose MTech ,the next 2 year will be again a master degree with some specialisation and now you want to go for some professional job and you will be treated as fresher. But if you go for IT job after MCA  , you will have 2 year of  Experience which is more important. I have even seen people with MTech degree from a normal college and not have any upper hand as such and giving interview with MCA ,ME and BE people .I even took those interview lot of time and asked why you took ME or Mtech root after BE when you are standing at same place.  MTech will not help you until you get job for research work.So my suggestion is don't do any other degree and join some IT company if you don't want a research job.Eexperience really matter and having upper hand always .

Are BCA, and MCA degrees from India recognised globally?

MCA is recognized in USA,Canada, UK, Australia as masters degree. So you can go for it from any regular college as well as distant college like IGNOU. I have seen people in USA , NJ who had done MCA from Ignou on all work visas and got Green card as well.Actually from overseas visa perspective, MCA is preferred over BTech/BE, but from job perspective both are same.
