Which Energy Drink Works The Best For A Long Driving Road Trip

Which energy drink works the best for a long driving road trip?

You cannot go non-stop, you have to take breaks, just like you do on a job, for eating and restroom visits.

You don't need energy drinks at all.

About once an hour, stop and get out of the car and walk around, stretch your muscles, and do some simple exercises.

When you sit for long periods of time your blood circulation is not very good and you become sluggish.

When I was 26 years old I drove from Dallas, Texas, to Washington DC on the Interstates. I pulled into rest areas and took naps. At one rest area I went to the restroom and got back into the car very quickly because the mosquitos were all over the place, and I spent about five minutes killing mosquitos in the car before I could take a nap.

I never used energy drinks or drank coffee, because I don't need them.

Would energy drink/shot be good before a driving test?

If you don't usually drink caffeine, they can make you very jittery, give you an upset stomach, and make you feel very anxious. I have no problems drinking energy drinks, but I'm a coffee addict. If you are not used to caffeine, it's a terrible idea to drink one before any kind of exam, especially a driving exam. Upset stomach while you're trapped in a car with a stranger and nervous to begin with doesn't sound like fun.

If your test is several days away, try waking up very early few days in advance. Don't let yourself go back to bed- just get up and start doing things. You'll probably have to go to bed early, but your body will become accustomed and you'll feel normal on the day of the exam.
Even one or two days of getting up early will help.

Good luck on your test, and drive safely.

Best energy drink or pills to stay awake while driving?

i drive for a living so i know your feeling. I rely on two drinks. Sugar free Red Bull it has like no calories and it gives you wings... no i am just kidding, but it really does give you a boost and keeps you up, the only thing is that some people dont like the way it tastes you can mix it with orange juice and that taste awesome. If that doesnt work Nestea just came out with a new one called enviga and it is a tea based product so it is loaded with antioxidants and all that good stuff plus it has added bonuses that actually help you burn more calories!! yay. I would reccommend the peach flavor of this one. If you drink either one of these there will be no need to take any pills those really are not healthy for you. Hope this helps.

If I sleep poorly the night before a long road trip, and I'm driving, what besides coffee can I ingest, so that I don't get drowsy behind the wheel?

Of course this goes without saying, if at any point you begin to feel drowsy behind the wheel you should pull over and rest or have someone else take over.If you find yourself needing a little pick me up while driving, there are some great and healthier options besides coffee that can keep your energy levels up.Eat a good breakfast - We’ve all heard that breakfast is the most important meal of the day and this is especially true when you need to keep up high energy levelsWater - Staying hydrated will prevent feelings of dehydration and fatigue. When your body is hydrated, it is working properly and is able to break down foods and fats that in turn give you more energy.Nuts/Trail Mix - A great healthy snack that provides you with essential nutrients for energy and cell production.Apples - In many ways, apples can be a better energy source provider than a cup of coffee. Apples are rich in soluble fiber, antioxidants, vitamin C, as well as fructose, a sugar found in most fruits. Fructose is a great source of energy that does not cause spikes in blood sugar levels as might a cup of coffee. If you are interested in additional sleep and energy tips, check out my sleep consultant page on my website: Sleep Consultant Robert Lindeman.Happy travels!
