Which Fragrance Companys Should I Trust To Order From

Perfumes: What are the best websites to buy fragrance?

If you are looking to buy fragrances in USA ? Then here is what i feel:Wise Scent would be highly preferred for all kind of original perfumes and colognes.I personally feel they provide you with the best possible prices compared to all other stores available including amazon. In my personal experience, i have tried few online fragrance stores(cannot be revealed) before who sell at a low price but i realized that they are not selling original perfumes because of the fact that my shirt has slight irremovable marks of perfume color. Then one of my friend actually referred me to these sensation guys and now i am one of their loyal customer. I am also scared with amazon only for fragrances as i do see lot of vendors selling same product at different prices which makes me think about my bad experience with some of online stores.Wise ScentThe fact i like them was just not about their original designer fragrances but also by other few factors like they provide best possible prices as i can see, Most of the time they ship the products on same day of my order, i receive the complete tracking updates of my order by text alerts and frankly i never much had any complaints on them.but if i have to say some cons about them, then its the coupons. i hardly never receive any kind of coupons/deals. probably that might be because they are already providing the products at best possible rates.Look for Better Price (don’t expect cheap(fake), just pay for what it’s worth)Look for 100% Authentic and Original FragrancesLook For Shipping and USA Based Store.Hope this can help.

What is the difference between essential oils and fragrance oils?

Essential Oils are the natural oils that may be used as fragrances (but not all of them have a strong fragrance).
Fragrance Oils may be natural Essential Oils, or they may be synthetic.
That's the main difference.

How do you tell if a fragrance is fake or not?

Hi,

I tried to buy a perfume, Rain by Marc Jacob about a month ago at Sephora, but unfortunately, that perfume wasn't there anymore because it was a limited edition! And the other day, I just randomly went into a small perfume store in a mall (but the store was not "in a good shape" as if they're renting the kiosk temporarily) and I asked if they have the perfume. It was a store that some Indian-looking guys were running, and these people actually said they'll have that perfume in the next week? And the price they called was the exactly the same as in the Sephora store before (so I'm just assuming it might be authentic?). I'm just wondering if this could be possible, since that perfume is limited edition and not being sold in a reputable stores any more. How do you tell if a fragrance is fake or not? Is it possible that the perfume might not be authentic? I wouldn't want to pay $80 on a fake fragrance.. If anybody has an opinion, please feel free to share it with me! Thank you so much!

Parfum de Monde? What are the ingredients, World Perfume, Inc. Sells this stuff by people on the street.?

don't bother. There is a strong marketing campaign in Vogue and fashion magazines against knock off fragrances. After reading the fact, the ingredients are unpure, unregulated, dirty, and can be whatever, and the fact you are putting it on your largest organ your skin, I would NEVER buy a street perfume, let alone scents online anymore. I like buying the miniatures, however, the thought of putting contaminated, unclean, unregulated, and whatever ingredients, including pee,on so they say, on my skin, is not worth saving the money to me.

Can i trust coastal scents makeup?

i want to buy the 88 shimmer palette and the 88 warm palette. but i dont want to spend $40 and not have it come. i would buy it online and i want to know if it will come or if it is a rip off. also should i get both palettes?

How long does perfume/cologne last?

It should still be good. Especially if it's a more expensive brand.
The only thing that would make a perfume change over time is evaporation (caused by bad bottling) or cheap, volatile fragrance oils. Fragrance oils, because they are synthetic, tend to decay more rapidly and more easily (like from sunlight) than essential oils. Most nice perfume companies use essential oils...cheaper brands might not. I would just check it out... if it smells weird, don't wear it. If it smells nice, go ahead and try it out.
Just because it's old doesn't mean that you would be allergic to it.

Is Chanel NO 5 perfume worth buying??!!?

Before you buy any perfume try it on and see how it reacts with you own personal chemistry. Some very expensive perfumes smell can smell terrible on some people and some people find certain scents can cause allergic reactions such as stuffy nose and sneezing right up to severe migraines.

When you go to a store start fresh, with no perfumes or fragrances on you skin. Begin by sniffing the bottle, that will give you the very top note of a fragrance. If you can't stand the top note, then don't try it. If you you like the top note, then spritz a bit of you wrist and sniff. Then go to another scent, and test it on the other wrist. You can also test in the bend of the arm. make a note of what you have where. Don't try more than four fragrances at a time.

Sniff each fragrance after an hour. This is the middle note and the one people will smell when close to you. This is where some scents can be too sweet, too cloying or cause allergies. After about four hours sniff again, these are the base notes, the base notes should be very deep, sensuous and you should either absolutely love the base notes or hate them. The base notes are the fragrances that stimulate the brain the most so pay close attention to the base notes.

take your time to find a scent you love and one that loves you back. If you are on a budget, shower gels, body washes and scented lotions are ways you can experience and experiment with fragrances without the same commitment of perfumes and colognes. And look to eau d colognes in small plain bottles, you get the same scent for less money. Finally, many companies sell small bottle of samples in sets. You can experience many fragrances for less money and you can become familiar with different lines.

For fine fragrance I do like Chanel, just not No5. No 19 is fresher and younger, so is Coco and Chance. My favourite line is Givenchy, especially Hot Couture, but it's probably too mature for a 17 year old; Irresistible would be better. Try Vera Wang, she has some very young and fresh scents. Dior has some exceptional scents, so does Elizabeth Arden and Lancome. Estee Lauder has some stunning florals, but also some real horrible super sweet old lady perfumes. Again, take your time and try before you buy.
