Which is better Neutrogena,Proactive, or Clean and Clear?
i prefer clean and clear. i have combination/sensitive skin that is both sometimes oily and/or super dry. neutrogena didn't do anything for my skin and proactive is a load of crap and irritating.
Is it true that IQ clear Remedy is better than proactive? is there anything better than proactive?
acne-free works the best! proactiv doesnt work that good! Soo..if i were you i would go with acne-free you can get it at wal-mart or target

Clean and clear better than proactive?
Nope Nope Nope and Nope. Clean and clear Says that its better then Proactiv. But, If you listen to their words, they are actully said on a clinical study of 4 weeks, it worked better than Proactiv.. So it only works faster. I would choose Proactiv any day over clean and clear. This is because clean and clear Dries out your skin horribly. It is NOT oil free and the facail cleanser contains mineral oil, which will clog all of your pores. It does not exfoliate your face. They have a moisturizer, But i can definetly tell you it does not help with moisturizing. It will dry your skin out horribly. Last but not least, the spot treatment stings like a bee, and i did not see a reduction in the pimple Size. Clean and clear just burns the pimples off, rather then make your face healthier and clean deep down to the pores where acne starts. Proactiv is the best. The cleanser does not contain mineral oil, and clean and clear does. The cleanser exfoliates your skin really well, and its designed to be gentle to your face. Its scent is very fresh. It really smoothes out your face. The toner is amazing, It Dissolves oil and soothes your skin, and makes it bright and glow. It also contains a moisturizer in it. It is alchol free. The repairing lotion i awsome. Apply a pea size to your entire face. It really does prevent acne because since you apply it to your entire face, it fights acne before it emerges. I love proactiv becuase it works and is very very very very gentle to your face. Yes, it takes someitme to work, but it wont burn off your face and make your face irritated, itchy, red, and flaky and dry like clean and clear. Proactiv really gets down to the problem, and prevents acne and gets rid of them. I also love proactiv because it is healthy for your skin and nourshes it and moisturizes it.
Proactiv or Clean and Clear Advantage Acne kit?
I have oily-acne prone skin and I'm interested in trying both of these products. I just dont know which one is better. One thing I liked about proactiv is that it had a toner because I have a lot of acne scars and discolorations on my face and I was wondering if the Clean and Clear product would help to tone my skin? Also I was wondering if either product dries out your skin a lot? Basically which product is the better product to use on a mild-severe acne prone oily skin? Thanksss :]
Best acne kits...proactive or clean start by dermlogica?
It depends on what your acne responds better to...salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide. Proactive(works with benzoyl peroxide) worked well for me in my teens but I tried it again now that I'm in my early twenties and it didn't work as well. So then I tried the MediBac Clearing kit(works with salicylic acid) from Dermalogica (retails $40) and it worked much better. I love the fresh scent-although do NOT use if ur allergic to tea tree oil. My skin is combination, but mostly on the drier side. I feel like Proactive tends to be more drying.
Clean and Clear vs. Proactiv??
I actually just started using the Clean & Clear system last night and I can already see a huge difference in my skin. I've tried Proactiv a few times and it didn't do anything but dry and irritate my skin. The Clean & Clear system is VERY strong and I've heard a few negative things from users with sensitive skin, but it hasn't hurt me so far! Keep in mind that the same products won't react to different skin types the same way. I might have awesome luck with this product while it might break you out, you never know til you try it. I used some god-awful cleanser last week like twice and it broke me out like crazy. I've been using all sorts of "miracle creams" since then but nothing has worked. My skin's almost completely clear since using the system last night - that's how FAST it works! Definitely try Clean & Clear, it was only $20 at Target. Take care!
Which is better: Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Wash or Proactive?
Hi Adrianna, I have tried both also as well as many other facial products. I know that it it hard finding the Perfect Soultion for acne. Unfortunately the best way to stop acne is to get down to the sorce. its coming from the inside out so i recommend getting a liver cleanser pill to cleanse your liver. toxins have to come out of your body someway and sometimes if your liver is backed up with toxins , the toxins will come out through your pores. you can get a good liver cleanser at your local GNC OR VITAMIN SHOP. also about Your question...... Nutrogena Oil free Acne wash is better then proactiv but the bad is that It will dry your skin out. Proactiv is not good for your skin because once you start to use it you will see improvement but when you stop using it you will break out again and proactiv has microbeads inside the wash that can harmfully scratch your face causing more scars and redness. Proactive, Clean and Clear, or Neutrogena? ?
Proactive didn't work for my daughter or her friends ... Clearasil Products seemed to work best for them Wash your face 2-3 times a day & swab with witch hazel or rubbing alcohol is the least expensive measure. If you can afford product from the drug store ($10), try using Clearasil Cleansing Pads instead of witch hazel & rubbing alcohol. If blemishes occur, use Clearasil's Acne Treatment Cream. Keep your fingers off of your face, so you don't transfer oils & dirt from your hands onto your face. Watch your diet - go easy on fried foods, chocolates, sugar & acidic foods like tomatoes, etc. ~ hope this helps - good luck!
Is Proactiv or Clean and Clear more effective in clearing acne from the skin?
Do Not Use Proactiv!!!Proactiv as guaranteed might lessen the appearance of acne on your skin and lighten the marks but along with it harms your skin to a great extent.It has got many harsh chemicals to kill the the bacteria and dry up the skin damaging the skin's natural pH balance, it even has a substitute like chemical for ammonia which is used in bleach which reduces the marks and with continuous use will make your skin's collagen production end and that would make your skin saggy and wrinkled before time.It might seem to be giving results within the first few days but if you have not used it I would like to tell you that it really burns and hurts to use it in first few times due to the acidic ingredients and would lighten and brighten up the skin tone but its actually peeling off the layers of your skin.And if you use a colored towel to wipe off your face after using the cleanser with regular use the color fades away and the fibers seem as if they've been dipped in an acidic solution.Would you now really want to use such a thing on your face?Clean and clear helps in cleaning the face and maintains the skins pH balance and doesn't dry it up. You can us it everyday for 3 times without any harm done to your skin. So for sure clean and clear would be the best pick!
