What is the best option for a Mechanical Engineer after a Bachelor’s in Engineering?
There are so many things you can do.But I will tell you first what not to do?Don’t do any higher education in India going for M.E/M.Tech or MBA, in India. If you want to take up a job in Industry your post graduation is almost useless 99%. You will regret this after 10 years of experience or more, which I am doing now. As far industry the number of years and the content of your experience and your achievements matter. 5 years down the line after you start work no recruiter will ever enter the educational area of your resume. It all matters only to entry into industry for the chance of campus interview whether you study in IIT or IIM and whether you are graduate/post-graduate. Later no one looks at it.If you are really interested interested in research then take GATE exam and get into premier institutes like IIT / NIT’s and sure pursue your PhD. Then you have to be clear that you are gonna start your career very late from rest of your friends. But MBA is a useless thing to do after engineering. It is a fashionable thing started few years back. But it is a baseless thing to do a technical under graduation and move onto a management career unless you found clearly engineering is not my thing and want to shift your career path from hardcore engineering. What to do?Instead of planning for a job plan for a career. To be very broad no matter what engineering you did two things are gonna rule the world from now.Energy - Alternative fuel sources, Electric carsWater - Water treatment, water structuresThis is gonna change the whole industrial world. Big oil companies are gonna lose their infrastructure and investments overnight which the oil barons are resisting and hiding to figure out how to save their ass.
Does getting your nose pierced preferably right side, hurt?
Well I pierced my nose my self on the right side(not many people have them on the right, but i think its cuter) And it didnt hurt. Now don't go doing it your self, but do pick a clean sterile place that is certified.First you will go in you them them what you want and they will ask for your ID.You will fill out paper work asking questions such as if you have any know medical conditions ext. Then if it is an option they will show you your jewelry choices and allow you to choose. They will have you sit and clean your nose with a alcohol toweltte. Then they will mark your nose with a felt tip pen.If you dont like the position dont hesitate to say somthing their job is to get it right and YOU are paying THEM.Once you are ready he or she will get the needle witch should have come out of a plastic pack he should also have gloves on.He will put the needle to your know and tell you for a deep breath. He will this push the needle through.Once through he will bring the needle back out and slide your jewelry through. Now putting in the jewelry can be uncomtable. The post will be very long and once in the will manually turn the post into a C shape to fit snug inside your nose. All in all it does not hurt it is so fast you bearly feel it.To clean -each tattoo shop gives diffrent instructions follow the instruction they give you so that if their is any complications you know you did what they told you and that way they can help you.I hope you feel better about getting your nose piercied! You will look great! ;)

Can I get a job at my preferred location after clearing the SSC-CGL exam? Does the SSC provide options to select job locations for interview posts?
Yes, You are required to give state preference after you are done with doc verification and interview.Getting home state in ssc cgl depends upon the post. For e.g for Auditors and Tax assistants you can get home posting easily. For AEO there are 10 zonal offices and 11 sub zonal offices in which you are posted.Asst. CSS - Generally posted in delhi.Asst MEA/Asst(cypher) in MEA- 3 years in India and 3/6 yrs in a foreign country. For other posts if you can get a good rank you will get home posting. (Not like UPSC or state PSCs in which only the topmost people get home cadre). This(ssc cgl) is one Govt. exam where even if u don't get home posting initially within 2-3 years you can request for mutual transfer in your home state.Hope this helps.Best of luck..!!
