Walk away the pounds with Leslie Sansone?

I've been using her tapes for 3 years, and I think they are better than just walking because you work more muscles. I've always done both walking and the WATP videos so I know the difference. For years I did just walking, but I did not feel and look overall in shape until I started WATP. There are moves on the tapes that not only work your legs and buttocks, but also your hips, stomach, back, and shoulder muscles. In my opinion, it's a great all around workout that you can do all year round and won't get sick of doing in the privacy of your own home.

This is a walking tape PLUS. I've had people ask me if I'm working out because of my arm definition. Who would have thought the simple stretchy band moves at the end of the tape would make such a difference. I highly recommend the 2 mile tape. It's my absolute favorite. Commiting 30 minutes a day has made a HUGE impact on my life.

You can buy the stretchy band from Target or Walmart for $10.00.

Anyone try Leslie Sansone weighted belt?

I think its a 2lb belt you wear around your hips and it comes with a walking DVD. Just wondering if anyone tried it and noticed an increase calorie burn or quicker results with the extra weight?

What are your thoughts on the belt.

Anyone lose weight doing Leslie Sansone DVDs?

My sisters do them and are very thin. I think you can find much information as many ladies at hystersisters.com use them and speak highly of them. I don't think you have to join to read their posts. I tried it, but prefer to walk outside rather than watching her. Her hips are big, so it makes me wonder.

Weight loss walk with leslie sansone?

I flippin' LOVE that woman!! I think her weight loss videos are great for beginners or those who can't do intense cardio. I do her workouts when I want something a little less crazy and jog instead of walk. She's very motivational and energetic. Even my 3 year old likes her. But for someone a little more advanced in fitness, just walking won't work. At least, it doesn't for me. Great place to start, though!!

Does Leslie Sansone's Walk at Home workouts really work?

Well of course, I mean, increasing your NEAT is always good! I hit the gym 4 times a week, hard, but I work from home, so I used to be a desk muppet when not at the gym which is roughly 1.5 hours with cardio included and I don’t like going out much, so walking in my living room is just what I needed to easily achieve my daily steps goal.

Has anyone used Lelise Sansone Walk at home videos?

Love them.

The one mile is just enough to get your heart pumping.

The two mile is a good 1/2 hour workout.

You get out of them what you put in. If you use heavier handweights, or extend your steps more, or lift your knees higher, you can really get a good aerobic workout.

Has anyone tried 'Hypoxi' for targeted weight loss? Does it help?

Thanks for the A2A! :)TL;DR : Don't use such fitness fads. Stick to old school work outs. They are the best. period. This following is a snippet from a user review on a website promoting the product:" In my 12 sessions of Hypoxi, I lost 4cms off my stomach, 2cms off my hips, 2.5cm off each of my thighs, and 3.75cm off my bum.The recommended quantity is 12 sessions over four weeks. Cost: $70 per session" The lady has tried everything from Coffee scrubs to anti-cellulite creams to seaweed wraps except the very basis of weight loss that is WORKING OUT.First, let's compare the math. 12 sessions, 70 dollars per session = 840 dollars = INR 4637 (as on 13th Sept,'15). That's just the cost of attending a session. Costs to get to a centre that provides such a service are extra.Compared to that, you can easily get a gym membership for roughly 4-6 months in almost any part of India. Now the effect of using it The official Hypoxi site STARTS with the following line:The results will differ from person to person. *We don't guarantee 100% success in all cases as every body is different.Have you ever seen a good fitness site (T-Nation:Strength Training, Bodybuilding & Online Supplement Store  or Bodybuilding.com - Huge Online Supplement Store & Fitness Community!,etc) ever start off with such words?! So you can gauge how effective such fads can be.Let's compare the results nowIf the woman's experience has been displayed on the website, assuming it actually happened, it should be one of the better results that the machine gave, so I'll use that for the comparison."4cms off my stomach, 2cms off my hips, 2.5cm off each of my thighs, and 3.75cm off my bum."People have gone from being at around 15-20% bodyfat(bf) to sub 10% revealing their abs in 4-6 months flat. The above results can easily be achieved with consistent work outs within a couple of months of dedicated hard work through exercise. To summarize everything, such gizmos come and go and its easy to fall prey to them. Some might gain advantages through them, many do not. The tech will obviously have heck lot of research and development behind it, but please PLEASE stick to working out.Stay fit, Stay happy. Cheers! :)
