Which Mac Protocol Is Best To Find Next Neighbor Node With The Information Of Energy Level Signal

What are some good machine learning frameworks/library/API?

Mahout(Scalable machine learning and data mining) is scalable Machine learning library, suitable for big data mining. It supports different machine learning algorithms which can be used with  documents. Mallet(MALLET homepage) is java based machine learning package for Document Classification, Topic modeling, information extraction, sequence labeling  applications.Weka(Data Mining with Open Source Machine Learning Software in Java) is java based machine learning library. Weka has good collections for machine learning algorithms which includes per-processing, regression, classification, clustering, association rule mining algorithms. Graphlab(Large-Scale Machine Learning on Graphs) Graph lab supports graph based machine learning algorithms. It is a scalable and distributed ML library.R(http://www.r-project.org/) is software environment for statical computing and data mining. It has supports for wide variety of data mining and statisical computing which includes classification, Time series analysis, clustering, linear and non linear modeling etc. Rapid Miner(Rapid - I) is machine learning open source which is written in JAVA. It supports wide range of machine learning algorithms. Svm light(http://svmlight.joachims.org/)  and libsvm(LIBSVM -- A Library for Support Vector Machines) I recommend you svm light and libsvm, if you want to experiment with support vector machine.

What should Indians learn from the rest of the world?

Learn to “Respect” and “Value” its own people1. Our Gods survive on Gold; 22 crores extremely poor Indians can survive on air( Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhara Rao Wednesday offering gold ornaments worth Rs 5.6 crore at the famous Lord Venkateshwara Temple in Tirupati in Feb 2017)How many times you felt our generous rich politicians, film stars, businessmen, celebrities and other people have been blindly donating gold to temples for our God to survive?2. Talk about “Talent Management”, ”Employee motivation” and other Western theories; while you manage your people in a Desi manner. How many times you felt that the degree you earned is undervalued in your current company; that there are more company policies to control you than to help you; that if you did not cancel that family outing to complete that powerpoint ppt on Sunday, the boss will tear you apart on Monday; that you should atleast get a response even after following up with 100 recruiters for an interview?3. Hello, Namaste to Firangis; “go to hell” to its own peopleHow many times you felt that local auto wala, kirana shop wala, or passersby are quite nice to Western foreigners but when YOU need a ride or some help, suddenly their tone turns soar and rude and they shove you aside?4. You will get robbed while bleeding to death on Indian roads(A Delhi passerby picking up the phone of an abandoned accident victim in Aug, 2016)How many times have you passed by an accident victim on the road just coldly staring at the entire TAMASHA? How many times have you found our own people helpful to you at the point when you need them the most?

Why does your family use a hardwired connection vs. wi-Fi for the Internet in your home: to reduce radiation exposure or increase security?

Wired connectivity provides the best use/speed. Often a WiFi connected device will only get 1/3 to 1/2 of the throughput a properly wired device* will get, (but there are exceptions**).WiFi even with WPA2 is not fully secure and if you want to make it more secure, don’t broadcast the SSID plus use a ~ 50 t0 64 byte pass-key. To those who think WiFi is secure, well think again. If it is your home network, OK, I am not sure what you are too worried about in this regard. But if you are worried about security of private photos and other private stuff, (hey, not everyone is an angel) then hardening your WiFi as I have explained above plus filtering based on MAC addressed is a good precaution. [Not asked here as this was about a family use: If it is a business with Credit Card plus username/password info (even if it is encrypted), I would not put it on a LAN segment that can be reached via the wireless.]Best use at home is to wire all fixed devices that allow wire.*This is true even when there is no other WiFi signals interfering and no other WiFi user devices talking to the WiFi router or Access Point.I have seen a 50MB Internet connection best case download via WiFi limited to 25MB while the wired devices enjoyed 50MB access. This test case was with four different manufacturers AP’s and routers. However, it is not always the case and there are ISP modems that appear to provide full throughput for WiFi devices when no other devices are attempting to communicate with the router or AP and no other devices on the same or adjacent channels . But due to the broadband nature of WiFi it is never as rock-solid as a wired link. The matter of overlapping routers or APs using the same or adjacent channels can be normally resolved at home by downloading an app on your cellphone that will display that channels are in use, even those without broadcast SSIDs.**I have noted that 100Mb switches on home LANs can impede 50MB Internet links, even when the PC has a 1GB NIC. Using even a cheap unmanaged 1GB switch fixes the issue.
