im pregnant with triplets :) (two girls, one boy and i have a two year old son) and i want to name one of the girls ali/aly/ally/allie/aleigh/other, but im still not positive on a spelling...help please! what is your favorite way to spell the name? it can be one of the above or any other way you know of it being spelled. thank you!

My name is Allison and sometimes I go by Allie but... Allie is the most common, assumed spelling Ally is not pronounced Allie, it means associate, so definitely not Ally Ali I would use if my parents had spelled my named with one L, (which, by the way, I would have killed them if they had) Alli is something I've switched to before. It looks different than the standard 'Allie' that I'm used to. Alie I would not use. Too hard for others to spell! SO as for my kid? I'd use Allie or Alli.

My middle name is Hope, but I feel like it only flows well if you say Allison rather than Alli.
