What a great bunch of characters, and an ever strong holding audience within their continuous funny episodes! Who can list ALL the characters, and the characters that may have played briefly? Is it possible to get them all?

It depends on if there's a significant age differenece between you two but mention it to your brother and see what he says- he probably sees the sister more than you. Maybe he can give you more info about her. And it shouldn't be weird for you to date sisters, as long as you don't plan on double-dating all the time. Keep chatting with her too and make sure she's interested in dating you because thats a key component! Also, you could try talking to her sister (your bro's gf) and find out her opinion. You don't need to make everyone happy but you don't want everyone uncomfortable either. Good luck!
