It's for a story. Pleae tell me what you thin of this sibling set. Does it also match the descriptions? Emma- 7 years old. Em or Emmy as an occasional nickname. Dark, thick and silky hair. Down to her elbows and loosely curly. Huge bright blue eyes with long lashes. Slightly short for her age and skinny. Brilliant and very gifted. She is very gentle, and a dreamer. She does not speak (mute since the age of 5. No one knows why). Pale. Her face is like a china doll. Absolutely stunning and beautiful. Hannah- 10 turning 11. She'll be called Hannie most of the time. Plain but pretty. ind of a tom boy. Dark/medium brown hair with lighter streaks. Skinny with medium skin and brown eyes. She often feels forgotten and rejected by her parents compared to her sisters. Grace- 14 turning 15. Called Gracie or just Grace. Light blonde hair. She has cute and soft features yet very beautiful. She has bright green eyes. She is quiet and gentle but has a mischievous side. Pale skin. She resents her mother for her and her sister's broken childhood with an alcoholic dad. Do assassins really always have three names?
Maybe the media is using all 3 of his names. That doesn't mean he always used all 3 names. Maybe they do that because there are other people with the same name. That way when the families of other people named Jared Loughner hear the news will know it's not their family member. "Oh my god, my son shot someone?" "Oh it's Jared LEE Loughner, it's not my son."
What are the three gifts that the three wise men gave to baby Jesus?
I’d like to first point out that Jesus was probably about 2 years old by the time the wise men caught up to him. The idea that they arrived on the evening of his birth owes more to the traditional visuals we use in Nativity scenes, but has no direct Scriptural basis. For that matter, we’re not even sure that there were only three wise men. There could have been more, but since there were three gifts given to our Lord we assume a 1:1 correlation between the gifts and the givers.With those points cleared up, the wise men presented young Jesus with the following gifts, according to Matthew 2:11…Gold - as a symbol of his kingship.Frankincense - as a symbol of prayers offered up to God (compare with Psalm 141:2 - “May my prayer be set before you like incense; may the lifting up of my hands be like the evening sacrifice.”)Myrrh - as a symbol of his foretold death. It is a fragrant resin which was frequently used as part of the embalming process for mummies in Egypt.It’s a strange combination of gifts. Imagine having a child in the modern age and to celebrate this your friends gave your new child some cash, a scented candle, and a gallon of formaldehyde. But the gifts of the wise men were given to Jesus with full awareness of the prophecies that surrounded the young boy, and the symbolism is quite profound.
What are three things that you like best about your school and three things about your school that you would like to change?
Things I like:I like the campus. It’s really fun, and has a lot space to goof off, and places to explore if you can figure out how to access them. (That sounds super edgy, doesn’t it?)I like the fact that there are computers available all over the school for me to use and mess with.I like the classes that I can take. I have learned a lot of cool stuff that is hard to learn at home.Things I hate:I hate some of the teachers. Don’t even get me started. Some of them seriously need to be forced to listen to Justin Bieber as punishment for their crimes. (Mainly just not being nice, or being unreasonable.)I hate the amount of depression at my school. I have a few friends who struggle with it, and it is so hard to know that I can’t help everyone. It sucks.I hate that the school Tech guys suck at security. I decided to try hacking into the cameras, and discovered massive, gaping vulnerabilities in the system. It’s so bad that I can sit down at any computer and be in the camera system moving the cameras around within 5 minutes. What are some nice middle names for Georgia?
Georgia Katelyn (though I prefer the spelling Caitlin) is my favourite, as the other two make Georgia sound like an adjective.
