Which One Of These Books Do You Think Is The Best

What do you think is the best Pendragon Book?

I haven't read the first so I will not include that one.
Best Is Rivers of Zadda, then I would say Then black Water, Then Lost city of Faar, Pilgrims or Rayne, then the Never War, Reality Bug and Lastly Quillian Games, Yuck, didn't like that one too much!
:) Book 9 seems good so faar. HAH. Sorry.

What do you think of this book report? ?

It is very choppy and it is chock-full of spelling and grammatical errors. You should also use expository writing technique, instead of writing in first person. The focus of the essay meanders around too much--for example, the report is on Breaking Dawn and in the opening paragraph you give facts about the authors life--just her name will suffice, talking about her family and birth date isn't necessary.

I would re-write it and perhaps even write it on a book with literary merit.

Which one of these books do you think I should read first?

I have not read Storm of Steel, but I've read the other three. Plato is interesting in the same way Shakespeare is interesting - seeing the evolution of thought, what people used to think, but his ideas are pretty outdated now. For example, he thought that only people with what today would be a college education and land should vote. Then again, some people do still believe that..Tocqueville is over rated IMHO. He was just some guy who toured America. The main reason he's become the darling of the intellectuals is because he was usually very down on America and that's the latest fad. I don't just say this as a knee-jerk capitalist, but I was not impressed by Marx either. His conclusions were based on conjecture and what he believed society was like, plus some big jumps in logic without explanation. For example, he described how a cloth mill works right down to how much he pays for thread and machinery; but he never visited a mill or talked to anyone; he just worked on how he thought one would work. He is another example of people who decide what they believe then try to prove it, when one should look at the world and then deduce what the truth is. At least Democracy in America was written with style and audience appeal; it would be the least boring.

What book is dane koontz best know for?

That's a good question, I know him best for the Odd Thomas books that he has written, I have read other ones but other than those I really don't REMEMBER any.

What books do you think rival Harry Potter?

You hit hit all the books I love! I loved the Eragon/Eldest, Magyk/Flyte, &Pendragon!
I also loved the Last Apprentice series (If you are not afraid or grossed out! LOL!) and the maximum ride series, The sea of trolls, The Scorpion house (has almost nothing to do with Scorpions!),Don't look behind you, Bright Shadow.
And a lot more I CAN'T think of! (Amazing I can't remember!)
Sorry!
I hoped I helped at least a little.

Which one of these books should I read first, the Twilight saga, the Harry Potter series, the Divergent series, The Fault in Our Stars, or The Hunger Games?

I have read the Harry Potter series, the Twilight Saga, the Hunger Games, and the Fault in Our Stars. So I can offer my opinion here. The Twilight Saga: It isn’t a broad universe. The story isn’t as compelling as the Harry Potter series, or the Hunger Games. JK Rowling comfortably beats Stephanie Meyer in terms of story, suspense, logic, and the depth of the worlds created in the books. The Hunger Games: The only book series with a female protagonist. The Hunger Games has more action than the Twilight Saga, and more romance than Harry Potter. But still falls quite short of Harry Potter in terms of depth of the story, and characters. I did feel Katniss’s character somewhat weakened in the final book.Harry Potter: This is the best book series that I have read among the ones you have mentioned. The universe is vast, characters have incredible depth, and the story is gripping. The variety of the characters is also impressive. For the most part, the series is sound in its logic. If I were you, I would read this first.Fault in our Stars: This book is very different from the others you have mentioned. It is a wonderful book in its own right. The characters are amazing, and so are the dialogues. This book has romance, humor, and a new perspective on cancer. This is a must read book, in my opinion.I haven’t read the Divergent series, so I’ll be unable to voice my opinions on it.Hope this helps!

Which of these books should I do my English presentation on?

I have to do a 10 minute presentation on a book I like. I'm at odds with these three:
A Game of Thrones by George R.R Martin
Pet Sematary by Stephen King
At the Mountains of Madness by H.P Lovecraft (or a collection his short stories as a whole)

Which one do you think would give the teacher (and classmates - I'm new at the school) a good impression? You can also recommend another book as long as I can read it in one night (any genre will do).

PS. While I'm here I might as well ask this: does the period come before or after close paranthetis? Simply put: "(random stuff.)" or "(random stuff)."?

Thanks in advance
