Which Polo Looks Better Pic

Do polo shirts look good with sweat pants?

No, no…! You see, last year one of my physics teachers came to class wearing a polo shirt, sweat pants and running shoes. He’s an excellent person and an awesome teacher (one of my favourites), but did that vision make me feel sorrowful! But why so? From upper waist, the polo shirt indicated he was in for an occasion where he had to look appropriate in a social setting. It’s not formal wear, but it’s surely distinct from a T-shirt.Then the sweatpants and running shoes. They give off an entirely different meaning. What are sweatpants associated with? Either exercise, a day off or just something terribly casual. Even if the pants are a little fancier, with a cool pattern and silky soft fabric, the very shape of it doesn’t go well with the polo shirt.Sweatpants belong with simply designed upper wear. I had a history teacher who was into boxing, and he mostly wore T-shirts with cool images (Napoleon riding a cat!), sweatpants and running shoes. The colours always hamornized and the outfit complimented his figure, by not being too loose (pants) nor too slim (shirt), falling on the right places. It gave that sporty vibe, but the shirt fabric kept it from being too much.On the other hand, the thing with the physics teacher’s outfit is that the polo shirt’s collar didn’t go well with the simple shape of the sweapants, and the fabric each of them are generally made of doesn’t look good with one another. Not to mention the different environments they imply… can you imagine a jockey wearing sweatpants? I really don’t think that’s healthy for the eye.And whats next, button up shirts with sweatpants? Now I’m picturing a CEO suit with sweatpants… and Crocs. Because at this point, why not?

Does wearing a polo shirt buttoned up look weird?

So I don't know why, but it's common for girls where I live to wear polo shirts. Usually plain coloured, two button ones. Anyway, for as long as I can remember I've worn mine buttoned up and never really thought about it. No ones ever said anything about it before, but then the other day I was at my friend's house and she asked me why I always wear my polo buttoned up. I didn't know what she was talking about so she explained to me how I'm the only girl she knows who wears her top button done up on her polo, while she and everyone else wear them unbuttoned because buttoning them up looks weird and feels uncomfortable. Then she suggested that I should try wearing mine unbuttoned from now on, so I did. Later I met up with some more of my friends and asked them about it and they all agreed that wearing a polo buttoned up looks weird and that I should keep it unbuttoned. I've kept wearing my polo unbuttoned since, but I still don't see what looks weird about wearing them buttoned up. It's just a button isn't it?

What is the difference between a polo shirt and a tee shirt?

Polo shirts and t-shirts are two common types of casual shirts that are worn by everyone. T-shirts have various designs and styles, but polo shirts typically have a standard design. T-shirts can come in solid colors or they can have different pictures, slogans, cartoons, etc. on them. Does wearing a polo shirt buttoned up look okay on a girl and should I start doing it (picture included)?

So I wear polo shirts a lot and for as long as I can remember I've worn them unbuttoned. There's not really a reason why, it's just how I've always done it without really thinking about it. Anyway, the other day I was getting dressed and I put on a polo shirt and for some reason I decided to try wearing it buttoned up and I liked how it looked. Later I went to meet up with my friends, but I decided to unbutton my polo because I thought that they might think it's weird since no one else ever wears them like that. I know it's not really a big deal, but does wearing a polo shirt buttoned up look okay on a girl? Do I look okay doing it, or should I keep wearing it unbuttoned? Please no "do whatever you think is most comfortable" type answers.

Is it okay to wear a polo shirt with a tie?

In the photo the guy wearing a polo shirt with a tie looks like he's about to strip. There’s a clash between a casual shirt and a formal accessory, as well as stretchy and form fitting knit fabric and a stiff woven tie.But if the tie is replaced by a bow tie donned by Darren Criss’s character from Glee, it’s a different, fun look that works.
