Which Should I Play Aion Or Runes Of Magic.

How long does it take to download Runes of Magic?

It took me about 3-4 hours to download Runes of Magic and it is EXTREMELY laggy. It is the only game that has ever lagged like that on my computer.
Try Aion...it's a new game. It's still in beta and doesn't come out for a couple months but if you want to reserve it at your local game store you can get the key to try it out for free. It's worth it.

LOTRO vs Allods vs Runes of magic?

I really enjoy LOTRO...vet of 2 1/2 years. I have 2 capped characters (level 65). The pve in the game is great, and not pay to win like the other 2 games. The pvp is only for those that really enjoy open pvp (1 zone for it, the only real objective besides killing is to take and hold keeps from the other side). The classes are unique and original for the most part (especially warden and rune keeper)... they're all free to play though so check them all out. If you want if/when you download LOTRO choose the Arkenstone server and hit me up...My two main characters are Adlegar (65 Burglar) or Valondon (65 hunter). Hope you have fun!

Oh, and I've tried out both ROM and Allods and ROM seems too clunky/boring and Allods is too slow and literally has the worst quest in the genre (literally it's "go kill 10 rats" and it takes about 10 minutes to do that)

Runes of Magic or Perfect World?

The mid-to-late game of Perfect World revolves around items called charms, which are cash-shop items that restore hp/mp automatically once your bar drops below a certain amount. They have a cooldown, so they don't let you solo bosses or anything, but they save VAST amounts of time grinding.

If you're not the type of person that wants to spend 1-4 dollars per day to keep your charms running, you can also buy them for exorbitant prices with in-game currency, spending maybe 50-80% of the cash you would have gained from that farming session.

Ultimately this reliance on charms is what drove me away from PW. People who don't use them, choosing to instead regen by mundane means (pots and resting) are looked down on, as second class citizens.

The dungeon system in PW also annoyed me. Every character, upon reaching the minimum level for the dungeon, completes a quest to gain a token. The token gives an XP bonus to the party upon completion of the dungeon. (Only 1 person's token is consumed for the full group of 6.) That's all well and good. The XP bonus increases with your level, which encourages higher level players to run lower level players through instances. In small doses, instance runthroughs are normal in any game, but in PW the runthroughs are the norm, and having an appropriately leveled group is the exception. It leads to encouraging bad behavior in dungeons, people not allowing the tank to build threat, not watching healer mana, leroying, etc. Charms also lead towards encouraging bad behavior too; archers will run ahead and pull without confirming that the group's ready, because the archer has an HP charm and can't die to trash mobs. Unfortunately, the rest of the party can, and the archer forgot about that AoE.....

RoM, on the other hand, is a lot like WoW except with approved trading of real money for ingame money. I realize that "like WoW" comments are kind of cliche, but it's true, all the way from the look and feel, to the Green Hills of STV, to installing addons to \Interface\Addons\etc. My character is only 15 so far, so I can't speak for the endgame. I enjoy RoM so far. WoW has only lost its appeal for me because I've exhausted its content.

Runes of Magic vs Allods Online - Which is better?

i've played both. allods may have better graphics but it gets boring as you reach level 10. its level cap is only 40 so that means you'll get a hard time leveling your character early on. and there's like only 3 important characters there: summoner, healer and warrior(tank-type) if your character aint one of these then you have a low chance of getting invited into heroics(instances/dungeon quests). and one more thing, if you're a melee, you'll find it very boring at the start as you can only strike 2-3 times then after that, your energy/mana is depleted. so... the only good thing about this game in my honest opinion is the graphics, the gameplay(similar to wow/ RoM), and its NEW(meaning you can be one of the TOP players if you want to)

as for runes of magic,... i don't know im trying my best not to be biased but i just love that game. the dual system is awesome, quests that are not complicated, no reputations(like in allods), sounds are good, graphics may be a little cartoonish and not better than allods' but its still good and the community is friendly. allods players are a little defensive about their game towards RoM and WoW players so if you really are an allods player before then you know mentioning wow and rom is a taboo :). the only bad thing about this game is you may find the daily quests repetetive because... yeah, they're DAILY quests :D

i know this may not be a good review but this is all i can say and tried not to be biased. hope i helped :)

What are some good free to play online multiplayer games?

The choice here depends on your preferences in game genres.Shooters- Fortnite Battle Royale – maybe the most popular game in 2018. Up to 100 people land on a virtual island, where they fight each other. Only one will survive and become a winner (as this happens in Battle Royale games). The game is made in the colorful, a bit cartoonish style, with the possibility to build various objects.- Realm Royale – a Battle Royale game with a fantasy style. It offers classes for the heroes.- Paladins: Champions of the Realm – a team-based shooter. It’s of a fantasy style, what makes it a bit similar to the paid game Overwatch.- Team Fortress 2 – a team-based shooter with quite a realistic style. Still, the game is very fun.Fighting:- Brawlhalla – heroes of many Ubisoft games fight to push opponents out of the platforms. The game is a bit similar to popular (and paid) Super Smash Bros from Nintendo.MOBA:- Heroes of the Storm – maybe, the easiest Multiplayer Online Battle Arena (MOBA). Heroes here have no items, and this makes the playing process simpler.- League of Legends – a bit more complicated than HOTS, already with items.- Dota 2 – the most complicated MOBA, with a very high entry level. The game is super rewarding for those brave enough to master its gameplay. It also has tradeable cosmetic items.Strategies:- Travian – you develop your settlement and battle other empires. Lots of processes happen here in the background, depending on real time, so the game demands paying it attention regularly, rather too often.Card Games:- Hearthstone – a gaming masterpiece, based on the Warcraft universe.- Pokémon Trading Card Game Online – a digital version of classic Pokémon Card game. An excellent choice for all the Pokémon fans.

What are the best free multiplayer games for PC?

If you’re going to play for an hour or so – Team Fortress 2.If you’re going to play for a week non-stop – OpenTTD.Both are free, multiplayer, and for PC, as you requested. The first one is really easy to start playing, and it’s kinda fun.The second one is a bit harder, but it can run on anything, and I mean it.

How do you talk to other players in ffxiv?

On PC version it is obvious but I'm wondering how players will talk to each other on the ps3 version? Will you have to buy a special keyboard just to communicate with other players?

Looking for a MMORPG with a Magic Knight type class?

I'm trying to look for a MMORPG, that has a Magic Knight class (Battle Mage, Magic Swordsman, what ever you like you call it). Sorta a more survivable, then a Regular Mage that uses weapons not that common to mages such as swords then staffs or scepters)

I have tried a lot of MMOs. Harbinger of Rift was one I was looking at but I can't get the game to fully work for me to unlock it. I played Elsword and I love playing the Rune Slayer (Dimensional witch was meh) but I looking for non side scoller. This goes same for Ronan of Grand Chase.

Other MMOs I tried:
Ragnarok Online
Perfect World
Forsaken Wolrd
Antlantica Online
Wizard 101
Guild Wars 1 &2
Dungeons and Dragon Online Eberron & Neverwinter
Lord of the Rings Online
FlyFF
Metin 2
Eden Eternal
Mabinogi
Silkroad online
Dragonica
Lunia Online
Runescape
WoW
Warhammer Online
Dragonsang

Thank you in advance.

P.S.
I do not want something like a Paladin, Death Knight, Battle Cleric, or a Tanky Necro character. It has to be more intuned with a Mage (elemental then holy or dark magic). Also it has to be a MMORPG, I do not want a Console game with Online Multiplayer unless it is a full fledge MMORPG like Final Fantasy 11 and 14. So no Skyrim, Kingdom of Amalur, or whatever Thank you again
