More accuracy in the US but still a good bellewether for trends in the hotel construction pipeline. I've seen this database, have regularly used it in the past. Which leads me to the below questions:What is this information going to be used for? If it's just a massive list of hotels worldwide with addresses you want, then yes that's the one to go for. But if you're looking for operating stats for these hotels, you'd be better off getting some reports from PKF Consulting or PwC. As much as I cherish lodgings and different types of modest settlement, there is something decent about the advantage of an inn: the spotless room, comfortable bed, work area, press, solid shower, and packaged cleanser for the taking (err… I mean acquiring). YepThey don't call themselves 'Love Hotels', but we all know what an hourly rate room is for. Paying one night at a motel for a midnight encounter is also pretty common and such a scene is common in 'gritty' American TV shows and movies. There's even an app for finding hotels/motels for this kind of thing called Hotel Tonight. But to save face, these places don't call themselves 'love hotels' outright.
